Chuck and Stacey continue their conversation with voice actor, Chris Fries who shares what gear he has in his home studio and how it has evolved over time. Taking inspiration from his mentor Scott Rummell’s studio, he worked with home studio expert George Whittam, who still helps him keep everything just right. Chris talks about how he rebounded after getting dropped by an LA agent and shows gratitude for Sandie Schnarr of AVO Talent for providing some great opportunities early on in his career. He shares his approach to being versatile in the voiceover business and why he “tweaked” his name to be more in alignment with his branding.
