On this episode I sit down with Rory Lawson a former Scottish rugby international, entrepreneur and today leadership Coach at Ceannas. Having being capped 31 times for Scotland, Rory suffered a chronic injury that forced his retirement from the game in 2013. We discuss how he navigated his dark night of the soul to re-invent himself as a successful entrepreneur and the work he does today supporting business leaders to develop high performing teams.
