Customer Friendship

After a considerable break the Podcast is back and I'm delighted for the opportunity to sit down with a man who has been a great leader, mentor and friend to me. Simon Macklin is the Senior Vice President for Customer Success at Salesforce in the UK&I and France. I first met Simon while working at Salesforce a number of years ago. He was a wonderful sponsor for my work and an inspiring leader. Since then he has become a client of my coaching business and remains a close friend. One of the things I most appreciate is Simon's attitude towards the customer and his philosophy of acting as a concerned friend.
