Las Vegas feed their crave for fried lobster tails from Chef Robert, owner of The Raider Claw
Episode description
Coyal is back with Chef Robert to try his infamous Fried Raider Claw Basket. This was my first time eating a lobster tail and crab legs deep fried. The basket was flavorful as usual with Chef Roberts special sauce with fresh corn on the cob and potatoes.
Chef Rob talks about his new investment in upgrading his truck and adding a neon lit sign of his Raider Claw logo. (Vegas Style)
Chef Rob also provide wisdom for future food truck owners on the first vital steps to take when operating a food truck in Las Vegas.
