I’ll riff on your frequeently asked questions, your concerns and my idiosyncrasy's Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Approximately 15 minutes per episode. With over 29 years of experience as an optician, educator, and low vision facilitator, I plan to give you useful information and at least one tip each episode.

After 50 years as Kathy L. Friedman, she now answers to “Katie.” She was named after her great grandmother, Catherine; though her grandchildren called her Cayma, her friends called Catie. Most of Katie’s career was in San Diego, California as a Dispensing Optician, Educator, Consultant and Public Speaker. She has worked for Ophthalmology, Optometry, and Opticianry practices.
