Almost Made It

This week on the Tap, Randy Bachman has put together a second class playlist,  That is, a collection of tunes that never made it to #1 on the charts,  A song writer or band can produce a perfect hit song but no matter what they try it just can't crack the top spot.  You will be surprised at some of the tunes that didn't.
