Canadian police have impounded a car after discovering its owner was sitting on a folding picnic chair. Officers were patrolling the streets of greater Toronto area when they noticed off about a passing vehicle. After pulling over the motorist, they found that the driver’s seat had been removed and replaced with a low-riding outdoor seat. The laid-back ride was declared an “unfit vehicle”, its license plates were removed and it was impounded.
