Episode description

Henry talks with Maria Ruberto, the founder and director of Salutegenics Psychology, a strengths-based practise that moves people in personal and professional coaching toward mental fitness and life- health.

Maria’s work is based on the theory of Salutogenesis where wellbeing is built from the development of positive human assets, including affective functioning and strengths- based skills.

Her implementation of research encourages the increase in capacity and performance of individuals and teams who rely on highly tuned relationships, emotional intelligence and resilience to achieve professional, organisational and client growth.

The core mission of her work is to transition people towards a state of flourishing, embedding respect, resilience and resolve along the way.

This conversation was originally recorded in June 2022. It was produced by Rob Kelly.
