Learning Difficulties with Nikoletta Bennett

Henry talks with Nikoletta Bennett, a primary school teacher for 20 years. She has taught in Athens, in London and in schools around Melbourne.

Nikoletta has specialised in teaching students who have learning difficulties. Her passion is accomodating children to learn using their strengths. She is always available to give guidance to classroom teachers, to further assist these children in their classrooms.

She is currently a Learning Services Teacher at St Michael’s Grammar. She has completed a Bachelor of Education. A Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Special Ed. She works wonderfully enabling children to learn using strengths, goals and in turn improves their self beliefs.

She is a collaborative member of the staff and gains wonderful rapport with her students and their parents.
