Too emotional or Stone Hearted?

Emotions- Ah those weird things that make us act in ways we can't even fathom. And yet so many of find ourselves wondering what is the way out.

We are told to listen to our heart , yet we regret so many decisions we took sailing away with emotions. Don't be an emotional fool! How many times have you heard that statement.? And then we meet people or we ourselves try to be all head and not heart.   We look at them and we hear the label - Heartless! Stone hearted . At times they don't even look happy . Hmmmm What a maze!
