Welcome to another adventure within the multiverse! For this adventure, we are traveling back in time to the year 1989. Powerhouse director, Ava DuVarney, delivers the tragedy of the Central Park Five. A young of young teenagers of African & Hispanic descent which were falsely charged with the assault and rape of a 28 year Caucasian woman. The teenagers, aging 13 to 16, were sentenced to 5 to 15 years in prison and in 2003 were acquitted of all charges. Journey with us as we dissect not only this case and mini series but the state of the justice system as a whole.
