Ok BIRDBRAINS this one if for you! 🦜🦅🦆🦉🐦 Avian anesthesia can strike fear in the hearts of many but guest Liz Vetrano CVT is here to help. s we talk about why appropriate analgesia is so important and why we both love the Sentier VetCorder https://www.sentierconnect.com/ Liz graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biology from Towson University in 2009. During that time, she took an internship with the Philadelphia Zoo and was able to land a job out of graduation as a Children’s Zoo keeper and bird show trainer. She continues her bird training with Animal Behavior and Conservation Connections today. The following years, she worked for an ABVP avian boarded veterinarian as a technician and received her CVT in 2015. After 13 years as a veterinary technician working with exotic companion animals, she is now the supervisor for the exotics department at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital in New Jersey.
