Episode description

C&P Exams are often essential pieces of evidence for Veterans’ VA disability claims. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these exams were halted with a promise that VA would not deny Veterans’ claims solely for missing a cancelled exam. Many Veterans were denied nonetheless for missing exams, whereas other Veterans must now wait in a new backlog of over a hundred thousand pending exams. Join CCK Founding Partner Robert Chisholm and attorney Christine Clemens as they discuss the delays, denials, and dysfunction occurring with the C&P exam process.
