Her first word was "kitty"; she was destined to work with animals. With a farm background, she got her dream job as a veterinary technician right out of college. Building trust with others led her to play a role in people leadership where she found she enjoyed helping others with career development. She grew her business experience through impressive business opportunities. She became certified in the Meyers-Briggs personality testing. People believed in her and encouraged her to go back to business school. She never fully left veterinary medicine and started her own business, Clarity Coaching & Development, 10 years ago. She teaches at 4 business schools, speaks at conferences, and more working with all industries.
