PS -- I goofed and chicken parmesan is NOT a dinner dish at Palo, my beloved friend Jeffrey Epstein and I have talked about it so much that i thought it was. but it's only at brunch! AND Palo does have brunch on 3-day sailings. Clearly, i should have had him fact-check it first!!
