Every day leading up to Christmas we will be reading, studying, and reflecting on a chapter of the Gospel of Luke. There are twenty-four days leading up to Christmas and twenty-four Chapters in Luke. We are going to enter the celebration of the birth of Jesus with a full context of his life and ministry. My hope and prayer for each of us is that we fully experience a closeness to Jesus like never before.
A majority of Luke 3 is dedicated to arguably one of the most compelling characters in the Gospels perhaps one of the most confusing too, John The Baptist. Who was he? What was his purpose? We look at that as well as looking at one of the most famous Bible "contradictions" that critics use to show the flaws of the Bible: the biological genealogy of Jesus.
This is the VERSED podcast; a daily pursuit to become more perceptive to what the Bible says.
