men and women. And his solution was a violent revolution of the victims against the oppressors, to forcibly take what they have and to redistribute it to the victims. Now, the book explains that vision kind of plain vanilla Marxism has spread, Education has spread, a big business has spread to journalism, has spread to entertainment, and they've expanded the framework of victims. So now it's not just socioeconomic, it is also on race. It is some races are oppressors
some races are victims. It is also on gender, It is also on transgender and the radical transgender ideology. And in every instance, the Marxist argument is that the people who are coded as victims should use force, should use violence, should use the power of government to forcibly destroy the oppressors and redistribute what they view as their illegitimate, ill
gotten gains to the victims. And I explained to this very successful businessman, the problem for Jewish people in America across the world is for the radical left, Jews are coded for the Marxists as oppressors. So when they look at Israel, Jews are the bad guys and the Palestinians are the oppressed minority. And so in that narrative, what the cultural Marxist support is, the violent overthrow of the Jewish government in Israel is the murder of Jewish civilians
in Israel. And sadly, we're seeing the manifestation of cultural Marxism playing out in Israel today.

Does President Biden think the anti Israel protesters in this country are extremists?
What I can say is what we've been very clear about this when it comes to anti Semitism, there is no place we have to make sure that we speak against it very loud and be very clear about that. Remember what the President decided when the President decided to run for president is what he saw in Charlottesville in twenty seventeen, when he saw neo Nazis marching down the streets of Charlottesville with vile, anti Semitic just hatred. And he was very clear then and he's very clear now.
He's taken actions against this over the past two years, and he's continued to be clear. There is no place, no place for this type of vile And despite this kind of rhetoric we hear.
I mean, couldn't you just say yes instead of having to go back and compared to Charlottesville, it's amazing how much this administration will fall over themselves to not just give you a basic answer.
Well, listen, this White House, on every question asked, their default is attack Trump. Their view is Trump is the devil. And they're not willing to call out the left. They're not willing to call out the squad. They're not willing to call out Rashida talib or ilhan Ovar, They're not willing to call out AOC. They're not willing to call out the vicious anti semitism coming from the Democrat Party
in the House. They're also not willing to call out the nasty and vicious anti Semitism from college radicals on colleges across the country, and particularly elite universities. Look the Ivy League, Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia. It has been pen It has been disgraceful at these so called elite universities, the fish, nasty anti Semitism. I led a letter with Elise Stefanik. We're both graduates of Harvard. I went to
Harvard Law School, she went to Harvard College. We led a letter that was joined by other members of Congress in both the House and Senator Harvard graduates calling on Harvard, why will you not denounce these rabid anti Semites. Thirty five student groups at Harvard put out a statement that blamed the horrific violence in Israel on Israel, and they said, the attacks of Hamas, every act of violence in Israel
is one hundred percent the fault of Israel. Now, holy crap, are you telling me it is the fault of Israel that Hamas terrorists targeted civilians, went house to house as Nazi death squads targeting civilians, murdering civilians, murdering the elderly, raping women and little girls in the streets and murdering infants, burning them alive, beheading them. That is not the fault of Israel. And the only person who says that Hamas terrorists beheading infants is the fault of Israel is a
vicious anti Semite who is deluded. And the Harvard administration, like the administration of many other universities, are so politically woke that they're terrified to call out the radical left and the chickens are coming home to roost.
Yeah, you mentioned just how barbarica these people are in Israel, and one example of that is the news stories that have come out, and these new stories are beyond barbarica. I'm not sure the word to use to describe it, because it's just so god awful to know what they have now found that the Hamas terrorists not only that they behead babies, but apparently they put infants in an oven and turned it on.
And this is what has been found.
And the part that was though shocking to me, Cinator, was the fact that when this story came out, the media and fact checkers were going to immediately the side of trying to debunk it and to somehow claim that it's not true to defend hamas terrorists who they know for a fact had left knives in babies that died and had beheaded infants. And this is the press conference, and I tell you everyone needs to hear this.
It's not enjoyable. It's one of the worst moments.
But you need to know what the enemy is, what they believe in, and what they've done. And we shouldn't cover for them. We should expose it to the world so they understand that it is important to choose sides.

You side on the life, on the side of life. You side on the side of those that are trying to protect innocent lives, not these demonic terrorists.
Listen, we saw the most horrific things I saw in my own eyes. A woman who was pregnant, four months pregnant. She was in a little village, a little key boots. They came into her house in front of her kids. They opened up her stomach. She was pregnant. They opened up her stomach, took out the baby, and stabbed a little tiny baby in front of her, and then shot her in front of her family. And then they killed the rest of the kids. These are not regular enemies.
These are not regular situations. I saw little kids who were beheaded. We didn't a which head belongs to which kid. I was crying for five days straight. I couldn't get out of I couldn't stop crying. See little children.
Some of them had grandparents.
Who are Holocaust survivors, and they were murdered in a Holocaust and Israel in twenty twenty three. Little babies, little children, you couldn't even recognize if they were kids. They we couldn't even recognize. We saw a little baby in an oven. They put them in. These bastards put these babies in the oven and put on the oven. We found the kid a few hours later. We found women who were raped, young girls who were raped and then murdered. Anyone who
was around these people were murdered or kidnapped. We found the little little twins, ten year ten months old twins fourteen hours after their parents were murdered. The mother of the twins, who was hiding together with the twins in the bomb shelter for two hours. Six o'clock, they ran into the when they heard the missiles and they heard the shooting, they ran into the bomb shelter and claraza where sixty percent of the people were murdered. Beautiful little village,
peaceful village, and they were hiding in the shelter. And then the kids were so hungry, the starving. The kids were crying, ten months old. So the mother went out to get some food for the children, and the terrorists were waiting outside, and the quart her. I don't want even to describe to you.
What I mean.
You hear that, Senator, And the mainstream media is not covering that. They're not playing that press conference. They don't want you to know just how barbaric Kamas is and the people that support them in Palestinians, that support them in Iran, who supports them?
So that clip was playing the words of Eli Beer, who is the president and founder of United Hatzilah of Israel, and he's describing and I want to focus on his words, a little baby in the oven. These bastards put these babies in the oven and put on the oven. This is evil, that this is Nazi Germany. Understand that hamas terrists,
they are no different than the psychopaths at Auschwitz. They are targeting civilians, They are murdering civilians, They are murdering babies, I'm sorry, but if you put a baby in an oven, you are an evil, friggin' bastard. That is the definition of evil. And by the way, every woke nineteen year old on a college campus chanting from the river to the sea, by the way, from the river to the sea means we should obliterate the state of Israel because the river to the sea is eliminate all of what
is Israel. But every one of them needs to be asked, why do you support putting babies in ovens? Because that's the people you're chanting in support of are horrific monstrosities. You're right, CNN won't report that, MSNBC won't report that. The corporate media does not want people to know what's actually happening.
Senator, you look it back to these students on college campuses. I'm a big proponent of free speech. There's been a lot of debate on social media and a lot of debate on college campuses about when does free speech end and when should there be consequences from a university for advocating for the terrorists who are doing the things that we just played. I'll be honest with you, I don't know that line I'm not sure what line I feel comfortable with because I know the slippery slope.
I know what happens.
If you start saying that someone can't say this or can't do this, then the other side is going to abuse it and they're going to change that line, and then all of a sudden, if you're a conservative or you're advocating for the life of unborn children, they'll say, Okay, you're out of this.

This is a hard one for me, and I'm sincerely asking your perspective slash advice on what should universities be doing now? Do they need to go further than denouncing these students? Should there be disciplinary action for them?
So?
I do not believe there should be disciplinary action for people exercising free speech. So free speech means that everyone has a right to speak, and they have a right to say vile and deplorable things. So I don't think students should be expelled from school for saying viable and deplorable things. But the check John Stuart Mill said the best cure for bad speech.
Is more speech.
The answer to this should be that when you have radical, bigoted, racist leftist jerks embracing hamas terrorists. Everyone else should denounce them and say this is disgusting, this is evil. You should be ashamed. The university should speak Harvard University. Look, listen, Harvard isn't a unique place in the world.
It just is.
It's Harvard. There's only one Harvard. I also signed. There was a letter from alumni of Harvard, and it was initially started by the Jewish Alumni Association of Harvard, but it was open to both Jews and non Jews, and so I signed it. And it was calling on Harvard speak with clarity, for the administration to speak with clarity and say murdering of civilians is wrong, Targeting elderly people, children, women, raping women, raping children is wrong, Murdering infants is wrong,
Putting babies and ovens is wrong. That's not complicated. Being clear and utterly denouncing that these Hamas terrorists are monsters. That's the answer, is clear and unequipped speech. I also think the answer is that you're not immune from consequences. And so listen. If you're a student in college and you decide you want to be a Nazi, you decide you want to be a clansman, you have a right to do that you have a right to stand up
and say, gosh, I think Nazis were great. You have a right to say I agree with the Klan, But everyone else has an obligation to say, well, then you're an idiot, you're a bigot, and you're an imbecile, and you're wrong. And here's why. That's the check for free speech. You don't expel the person, but I will say there are consequences. So for example, and we've seen this some of the law students who spoke it out viciously in favor of the Hamas terrorists murdering Jews because they were Jewish.
We've seen some of the law students losing their offers at major law firms. And that's actually a remarkable development because major law firms generally lean very far left, they're very woke. But I think it has been a very significant development that Look, Ben, if you woke up tomorrow and decided to get a swastika tattooed on your forehead,
that's you're right. You can get that tattooed on your forehead, but you shouldn't expect to get hired in any reputable place if you walk in there with a swastika on your forehead. Yeah, you have the right to free speech, but you also have the consequences of what you say if it is vicious and vile and bigoted.
But I also want to ask you about something else, and that is about we are seeing what these terrorists did in Israel. We're finding out more about their training, We're finding out more about their funding, We're finding out more about Iran's involvement and other terrorist organizations that we're supporting and are supporting them right now, which brings us
back to our southern border. The last show, we did an extensive conversation and dive into what you witness at the southern border and just how out of control things have gotten at.
This way, and go back and listen to that. If you haven't listened to that, listen to Monday's podcast, because we were down on the southern border and I got to say what we saw in terms of children being brutalized and sexually abused was horrific, and I described firsthand what we saw down there on Thursday and Friday of
last week. If you didn't listen to that episode, go back and listen to it because it will change your view of just how horrific and evil what's happening in our southern border is.
Yeah, And there was a question that was asked of Kirby at the White House about our open border, about how unsecure it is and now not about the illegal immigrants sincerely coming across, but the terrorists that are coming across, and he was forced to answer the question. I think honestly that yes, he is concerned.

But there's not a rise of Nazis in America, like like, okay, you got like six Yahoos in some bar in somewhere
in America that are going whoohoo. But like in the real world, that is not a rising threat. And yet the politicized Biden Department of Justice and FBI said that's the threat. And I was always like, okay, what about radical Jihadis who pledged that they want to murder all of us, who have committed horrific acts of terrorism all across the globe, who carried out nine to eleven. Do
you not think they're a greater threat? And until October seventh, until the attack on Israel, the Biden DOJ and the Biden FBI said no, no, no Jahadis are just oki doki, no problem at all. We're just concerned that the Ku kus Klan is coming back. And I'm like, okay, that's absurd. Now they've changed their talking points so.

This week the FBI went before the House and said, wow, there is a real risk of Hamas and hezbal A terrorists coming across the border. Now listen, this podcast has covered this. I have said repeatedly that I think there is a greater risk of a major terrorist attack on the United States than there has been at any time since September eleventh, And we did a whole podcast on the written memo from Customs and Border Patrol instructing border patrol agents be on lookout for Hamas, for Hesbola, for
Palestinian Islamic Jahad. They're going to try to hide who they are, and they're coming here to commit acts of terror. And so when I see the FBI saying this, my reaction is like, holy crap, they know stuff. For them to change their political talking points, frankly takes my level of concern from an eight to an eleven.
Well, and that's what Kirby was also when he answered this. It was a very different answer. You remember, that's the same my orchis had said, the border is secure. The border is secure. And now they're saying, and I not only know is it not admitting it's not. Now they're saying they're worried about terrorst threat to keep listening.
In the United States to a whole another level, has the White House considered the possibility that a terrorist could be in the country right now after crossing the southern border.
Peter, we are always concerned about the potential presence on US soil of terrorsts coming from overseas. That's something we're always worried about.
But there was this bulletin last week the CBP in San Diego said militants associated with the Israel Hamas war may be potentially encountered at the south.

at that supplemental request and pass it. But if the general gist of your question is are we taking the potential threat seriously?
Of course we are.
The general was is it possible that somebody who wants to commit a terrorist attack during a time of elevated threat across the southern border into the United States already?
I couldn't possibly answer that question, Peter. All I can do is tell you that we have remained vigilant to that potential threat.

But those six million actually worried me much much less than the two million who are the two million. The two million are the godaways. Now, what's a god away? A god away is someone that border patrol observes. They observe through a censor, they observe through visual observation, but they don't catch them. They're the people that run. Now, why do
the god Aways concern me? Because look, the people who are turning themselves in. When I was down at the Southern border Thursday night at midnight patrol, the group that turned themselves in, they looked for border patrol, they turned themselves in. We spent thirty to forty five minutes visiting with them. They were mostly women and children. Look, I don't think the five year olds are going to commit acts of terror. Been brutalized, they've been assaulted, they like,
what they've gone through is horrific and inhumane. But the five year olds are not a national security threat to the United States. The god Aways are the people that are actively avoiding and evading border patrol apprehension, and they are Many of them are criminals, so they have criminal histories. They're murderers, they're rapists, their child molesters, they have DUIs.
Many of them have horrible criminal histories. Others of them are gang members, they're MS thirteen or otherwise, but others of them are worse. It's the two million god Aways. If you're a terrorist and you want to murder Americans, you're not in the people that are turning yourself into the border patrol.
