Speaker 1

Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you. And let me just say this before we start this show today. If you miss Part one of our predictions that came right in twenty twenty four and heading into twenty twenty five, go back and listen. There's some big predictions we made in Part one, which came out on New Year's Day on Wednesday. It is Friday now, obviously, and we are continuing with our predictions with Part two.

And one of the biggest stories of twenty twenty four, especially a center when Joe Biden was a candidate, was Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family and the corruption there. And let's start with one of the biggest topics of the year in twenty twenty four, and that was Joe Biden, his son, their relationship and the prediction you made that Joe Biden would pardon Hunter Biden.

Speaker 2

Well, let me say this podcast and also the one we did on Wednesday of this week, we're going through ten predictions, clear explo predictions made on Verdict. Most of these predictions at the time we made them were widely ridiculed, were extremely unpopular. They were leaning in and taking a risk. Much of the media would not report on them, and to the extent they reported on the predictions we made, we were widely ridiculed for making these predictions. All of

them have come true. And listen if you want to know what's going to happen in twenty twenty five and twenty twenty six in the years to come. This is a podcast. I take risks, I lean forward, I give my best judgment. I make predictions. I will say we talked about in Wednesday's podcast the prediction I made in fact, the night of the debate between Trump and Joe Biden, I made a prediction that I thought the odds were greater than eighty percent that Joe Biden would not be

the nominee. That was a prediction I had made more than a year ahead of time. Widely ridiculed. Well, this is a prediction prediction number six in our list of ten, that I made with with with greater certainty than greater than eighty percent. And in fact, this is a prediction I laid out. I said it was one hundred percent certainty, and the media ridiculed and ignored that prediction. But I want you to listen to what we predicted on July

twenty second of twenty twenty four. Give a listen, going to place the odds that Joe Biden pardons Hunter Biden at one hundred point zero percent. Hunter Biden will get a pardon as a result of this decision today, will not happen till.

Speaker 3

After election day.

Speaker 1

That's what I'm gonna ask when.

Speaker 3

He's not going to do it.

Speaker 2

He's not going to do it before election day, but he's going to stick around and after election day. I believe it is now one hundred percent that Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.

Speaker 1

Now, remember the Media Center, They we played a montage on this show back then of the media obsessing over over and over again, the White House Press Secretary, the President and interview was straight up lying to the American people, saying he was going to respect the justice system, he was going to respect the outcome. He would not pardon his son, and said it over and over again, and the entire time they were just flat out lined to the American people.

Speaker 2

Yeah, Joe Biden was lying to the American people. Kamala Harris was lying to the American people. Kareeman Jean Pierre went out on behalf of the President stood at the White House podium and lied to the American people over and over and over again when they repeatedly said Joe Biden was not going to pardon Hunters. As I said in July of twenty four, I thought the odds were one hundred percent, but it wasn't even July of twenty four. Let's go back even further. Let's go back to January first,

twenty twenty four, almost exactly one year ago. Go back and listen to what we predicted on Verdict January twelfth, twenty twenty four.

Speaker 3

Give a listen.

Speaker 4

Back in January of this year, there was a prediction that was made on this show, and that that was made on this show.

Speaker 1

I just want to start by playing it.

Speaker 3

You said this, I'm going to make a prediction right now, Ben, this is not what I like.

Speaker 2

My prediction is in December of twenty twenty four, Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.

Speaker 3

Biden. Really, that's my prediction. He'll be after the election, very likely win or lose. You say he'll do it no matter what win or lose.

Speaker 2

If Biden were to win, I think he'll delay the pardon until right before Hunter goes to jail. But if Biden is losing, I'd put the odds at ninety five percent that in December of this year, if Biden has just lost the general election, that he pardons his son and he gives him a scot free get out of jail pass.

Speaker 3

And so understand Hunter's legal.

Speaker 2

Strategy is delay eleven months, Delay eleven months, don't go to jail for eleven months, and then Daddy gives you get a jail free card. And it's why the House needs to keep their eye on the ball.

Speaker 1

That was January the twelfth Center, twenty twenty four. If you were listening to Verdict, then this was one hundred percent predicted and it happened exactly how you said it would.

Speaker 2

Well to be fair, it was ninety five percent predicted then, and then last summer I raised it to one hundred percent. But if you listen to Verdict, you knew this was going to happen. It is ten fifty three pm on December first. We are recording this podcast right now. On December first, Joe Biden did exactly what we told you was going to do eleven months ago.

Speaker 3

He pardoned his son Hunter Biden.

Speaker 2

Never mind about the corruption, never mind about the gun offenses, never mind about the drug offenses, never mind about the tax offenses. No man is above the law unless your name is Joe Biden and the entire Biden family.

Speaker 1

I like, how honest you are? Ninety five percent? So you gave the five percent back?

Speaker 2

I like that, well, to be fair, ninety five percent was the odds that I put on this in January of two, twenty twenty four. One hundred percent were the odds that I put on it in July of twenty twenty four. So in those six months, I increased the odds from ninety five percent to one hundred percent. And I want to point out I didn't just make the prediction that it would happen I made the prediction that

it would happen in December of twenty twenty four. Joe Biden pardoned Hunter Biden on December one, twenty twenty four. So not only was the prediction correct, the date was correct. When we predicted on this podcast that Joe Biden would be removed from the ballot, I predicted that would be in August of twenty four. It instead happened on July

twenty first of twenty four. So I was off by ten days on that prediction, but on the Hunter Biden pardon, I was exactly right that it would happen, and I was exactly right as to when it would happen.

Speaker 1

I want to take a moment and talk to you real quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. The new year is a time of reflection on the past year and the hope for a new one to come. Last year was an incredibly turbulent time for Israel and the Jewish people, with the devastating and ongoing multi front war. It's an unprecedented rise that we've witnessed in global anti

Semitism and the loss of many Jewish lives. But we've also seen an uprising of love and support from people just like you, and through the partnership with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, so many of you have made a difference to people that are desperately in need in Israel. Your support of the IFCJ have saved lives and answered prayers, and thanks to generosity of listeners just

like you, bomb shelters have been built and placed. Life saving food and emergency supplies have been provided to evacuees and those in critical need, and protective gear and medical equipment have been distributed to first responders on the front line, including armored ambulances that you provided. Now, there's still more work to be done, unfortunately, and that is why I'm asking you to join the movement of those who have raised their voices to support and stand with Israel and

the Jewish people. We're asking you to continue your prayers and your ongoing support today by visiting support IFCJ dot org. That's one word, SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org. Let's move to a prediction number seven on my list, and this was one that could have become a massive moment in American history, a massive moment with voting and

our elections. And it dealt with the Supreme Court. And you said the Supreme Court would unanimously reverse the Colorado effort to remove Donald J. Trump from the ballot in that state.

Speaker 2

Well, that's right, and remember the Colorado Supreme Court ruled the that Trump had to be removed from the ballot. And mind you, this is back when democrats claim they were defending democracy, and the way they defend a democracy is trying to legally order the voters do not vote for our opponent because we love some democracy so much, we're going to remove them from the ballot. That decision

was an outrage. It was a grotesque constitutional abomination. And when that decision came down, I was unequivocal in predicting number one, that the Supreme Court would overturn it. But number two I predicted. I believed the Supreme Court would overturn it unanimously. And I want you to give a listen to this clip from January twenty twenty four. What the Democrats have done in both Colorado and in Maine is said, to hell with the voters. We don't care

about democracy. We don't care what the voters want. We know better. We hate Donald Trump so much the voters are not allowed to vote for him.

Speaker 3

That is.

Speaker 2

It's never happened in our nation's history. It is a level of partisanship and weaponization and cynicism and abuse of power that is truly unprecedented, and it is also legally frivolous. I'm here to tell you right now, these decisions will be reversed. I put the odds at these decisions being reversed at one hundred percent. When we get to November of this year. If Donald Trump is the Republican nominee,

his name will be on the ballot. Donald Trump's name will be on the primary ballot in every state, and no partisan Democrat is going to succeed in removing his name from the ballot and keeping it off. That is my prediction right now. I believe the US Supreme Court will take this case. I think they will overturn. They will reverse the Colorado decision. I think they will do so swiftly, and I think there is a very real possibility they do so unanimously.

Speaker 3

I hope they do so unanimously.

Speaker 2

I don't know if the left leaning judges on the Court would be willing to do so, but they should. It would be the right thing to do. And I think there's a reasonable prospect that we get a nine zero decision from the US Supreme Court reversing the Colorado decision and making clear that if you don't like Donald Trump, the answer is go beat him at the ballot box, not go to your friendly Democrat in your pocket secretary of state just to pull them off the ballot.

Speaker 1

Yet again, the prediction you were spot.

Speaker 2

On well, and it's worth noting there were multiple predictions that were baked into that. Number One, at the time the Colorado Supreme Court decision came down, it was going to be appealed.

Speaker 3

To the U. S. Supreme Court.

Speaker 2

The way the US Supreme Court, the vast majority of the cases before it, the way they take cases is they have what's called discretionary review, so they have a decision whether to take a case or not. And so what I predicted immediately when this Colorado decision came down was Number one, the US Supreme Court would take the case. Check that prediction proved correct. Number two, I predicted the U. S.

Supreme Court would reverse the decision. And in fact, I said in my judgment the odds of the Supreme Court reversing the decision were one hundred percent. That's another one hundred percent odds that I gave.

Speaker 3

I gave the odds of a.

Speaker 2

Hunter Biden pardon at one hundred percent that proved true. I gave the odds of the Supreme Court reversing the Colorado Supreme Court at one hundred percent. That proved true. I will note, when you make a prediction with one hundred percent odds, are you're taking some risk. I don't know anyone else that was making predictions that unequivocally and boldly about what was going to happen. I believe that was correct, and it proved correct. And then the one

that was interesting is is I also predicted. I said, there's a reasonable prospect that the US Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado Supreme Court unanimously. I said that's not one hundred percent. I didn't give a percentage number, but I said a reasonable prospect. I think it's fair to interpret that as as more likely than not, as greater than fifty percent. And I'm very, very glad that prediction came true.

Speaker 3

It might not have.

Speaker 2

You might have seen one or two or three of the liberals dissent. That would have been really unfortunate. And I'm grateful that that prediction came true because on March fourth, twenty twenty four, the United States Supreme Court unanimously reversed the Colorado Supreme Court and reinstated Donald Trump on the ballot. That was the right decision, and it's exactly what verdict had predicted.

Speaker 1

It was an important prediction, especially for the future of this country, and one that again it was absolutely predicted correct by you. Let's move on to another one number eight on my list, and that is that Joe Biden and the Department of Justice would protect the big guy,

but would indict Hunter Biden on the gun charges. In other words, and to go back in time, remind people the charges that were coming against Hunter Biden actually were the perfect charges to protect Joe Biden and make sure there was nothing that would intertwine or put him in a bad spot with his business partners. We've seen in the last few days this picture coming out with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and Kim Jong Ag and other

business associates. He claimed he never met with the business associates, and he had no connection to China, and there was a firewall between his son and him. All of that was smoking mers. All of that was a lie. But there's anything that Joe Biden's doj did correctly, it was to make sure that when they indicted Hunter, it was a indictments that would not hurt Joe Biden the president in any way.

Speaker 2

Well, that's right, and we broke down in great detail on this podcast what the evidence was concerning Hunter Biden, concerning Joe Biden, concerning Biden family corruption and in particular, we focused on Listen, the reason this is a matter of public import is because it is evidence of corruption directly by the President of the United States and by previously the Vice President than the United States, Joe Biden.

And we said, listen, if Hunter Biden were just some poor, substance abusing individual who had made bad life choices his whole life, it would not be a matter of a public concern. Uh. What the public concern is is that Hunter Biden and the Biden family made millions of dollars selling favors from Joe Biden. That it was official corruption

from Joe Biden, and so we broke that down. But this podcast laid out how the Biden DOJ has been utterly politicized and corrupt on this investigation, and that their objective was to protect the big guy, to protect Joe Biden. And what what what what I laid out As I said, listen, if they just focus on the personal issues with Hunter, if they focus on the drug issues and the gun issues, those are unique and personal to Hunter, they don't implicate.

Speaker 3

The big guy.

Speaker 2

They will be doing so with an aid and a purpose of protecting and insulating Joe Biden. Give a listen to what we said in May of twenty twenty three. As we've talked about at great length on this podcast, the tell I think the Biden DOJ will indict Hunter Biden.

Speaker 3

But if they indict him.

Speaker 2

For personal tax issues or for lying on his gun permit application, that will be the tell that they're being political, that they're trying to focus on offenses that are just personal to him, that they can say, listen, he's a troubled solely as substance abuse issues. The scandal, the issue of public concern is the corruption of daddy of Joe Biden when he was vice president and when he was president.

Speaker 1

I mean center. Not only did the prediction come true, but do you think there's a good chance after Donald Trump takes office and see all of these people with the DJ turnover I would describe as from going from the bad guys the good guys, the simple way of putting it, that we're gonna find out even more about how much they were helping protect the Biden crime family.

Speaker 2

I do, and as I said in Wednesday's podcast, I have urged both Pambondi, the incoming Attorney General, and Cash Pateel, the incoming director of the FBI to engage in full transparency, to make this information public that people have a right

to know. In particular, we know about Hunter biden WhatsApp text that he sent to the Chinese businessman where he said, I am sitting next to my father that would be Joe Biden, Vice President, and threatening retaliation from Joe Biden if he didn't get millions of dollars and we know that that businessman within days sent Hunter Biden millions of dollars. The obvious question was when he was threatening retaliation from Vice President Joe Biden, was Daddy sitting next to him.

It's not complicated as a forensic matter to figure that out. You can check the gp S location of Hunter Biden's phone, you can check the GPS location of Joe Biden's phone. If they're in the exact same place, that is strong evidence that Joe Biden was actively aware and complicit in it. If it turns out Joe Biden somewhere else, maybe Hunter was lying. I mean, look, the guy we know is

willing to lie. So it could be that Hunter was making threats about Daddy, that he was not sitting there with Joe Biden, and maybe the threats were not real. But we know from the irs whistleblowers that when the investigators wanted a subpoena the GPS information of Joe Biden's and Hunter Biden's phones at that exact moment, the moment that text was being sent, the Department of Justice blocked it. And they blocked it, I believe because they wanted to

protect the big guy. And I got to say, so, the prediction that you just played I made in May of twenty three, and the prediction was number one, DJ would indict Hunter Biden. Check that came true, but number two that they would indict Hunter Biden on personal claims, not claims related to corruption, to influence pedaling, to selling favors from Dad, to shaking down the Chinese for money.

And that's exactly what they did. In September twenty twenty three, the grand jury return an indictment charging Hunter Biden with three felonies related to his purchase of a firearm.

Speaker 3

That was the tell.

Speaker 2

That was what demonstrated that the DOJ was being partisan and that their real objective was protect the big guy.

Speaker 1

Yeah, and they did that all the time twenty four to seven. For the last four years, let's move on to prediction number nine. This was a really fun prediction and it was you predicting when the race will be called in Texas. You did this, if I remember correct correctly, on election Eve.

Speaker 3

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2

And right before the election, we did a podcast and I laid out the fact that number one Blue states. Blue states have really managed to master the effort of stealing votes. You notice every Blue state they count votes, They count votes, and they count votes. I think California will be still counting votes maybe for the next two years. They can't actually bother to finish counting votes till they've thrown every Republican out of office. And I made the point, Look, Texas,

we're really big, damn state. We're over thirty one million people now, and we managed to count the votes, and we do it all in one night and we're done, and we don't drag it on. You look at blue states California, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. They drag on and on and on, and they count and they count in the count, and the count always is adding more and more Democrat votes. The count always always always goes one direction. Why the hell if Texas and Florida can count their votes in

one night. Why can Pennsylvania not It's a much smaller state than either one of ours. Why do these big blue cities drag it on for days? And I believe it is because they want to facilitate fraud. Anyway, the prediction I made on election day was when the results would come down in Texas, what we would get. Give a listen to to what you and I said on Election e four.

Speaker 1

The odds we don't know who the president is on election night.

Speaker 2

Look, I think they're quite high because Democrats are both incompetent and they they are engaged in malfeasans. Listen, Texas. Texas is the second largest state in the country. It is smaller only than California. It's bigger than New York, It's bigger than Florida.

Speaker 3

We will be done on election night.

Speaker 2

On Tuesday night, I'm going to predict by midnight, we will know the result in the presidential race, will know the result in my race, in the Senate race, we will know the result in the In the congressional races, there might be an individual state rep race where it is within a few hundred votes where there has to

be a recount. That sometimes happens on an individual district, but we will have the results in almost every race, if not every single race by the end of election night in Texas now and if in Texas we can counter damn voats, why.

Speaker 3

Can't they do that in Philadelphia? Why can't they do that in Detroit? Why can't they do that in Milwaukee? Why can't they do that in Atlanta? Why can't they do that in blue cities? In swing states?

Speaker 2

And the answer, sadly is that I think the Democrats running them they wanted to lay it and will.

Speaker 1

Well, let me ask and not only was this prediction right, but do you believe that we're going to get in the next four years with Republicans that are in charge and more and more states, Because that's where this really comes down to how they do it in these states we have more Republican governors and in charge of House,

state and Senate state, you know majorities. Are we going to get more reform where universally nationwide we're going to get more just quicker results, better, more accurate and not just so much of the shadiness that people say they don't trust how the votes are being counted.

Speaker 2

Look in red states, yes, and Blue states. No, they want to drag it out. California likes that it takes weeks to count the votes because it lets them throw over throw Republican congressmen out of office. They embrace the corruption Listen California, Gavin Newsom supported a law making it illegal to even ask someone for photo ID. They don't want to know if you're not the person you claim

you are. Now, now let's be clear that, I mean, we can do a lot more on voter fraud and that that's been the topic of multiple podcasts in the past and we'll be in the future. But let's just be clear on the prediction. I predicted we would know my race, the Senate race, well before midnight on election day. Well that came true. On November fifth, twenty twenty four, election day, the US Senate race in Texas was called at ten forty one pm Texas time. At ten forty

one pm, the results were in. The Associated Press called the race, and in fact, the AP called the race for Donald Trump nationally at five thirty four am Eastern time. And so we ended up getting the results, and it proved even though blue cities and Blue states delayed the counting. Trump's victory nationally was big enough that the delay in the county was not an enough to defeat him, much to the fury of leftists who wanted another outcome.

Speaker 1

All right, let's move on to prediction number ten, and this one is one that I love on so many different levels, because we really saw the demise of the corporate media I call it the state sponsored media. And for decades we have seen the media, especially the big ABC, NBC, CBS IS, the CNN's MSNBC's be Able and so much of print to control the narrative and the mindset of so many voters and sway elections towards the left into Democrats.

I hope that we have just witnessed the true demise of the media and their influence and their corruption, because so many times we've just seen how biased they are, whether it was COVID and that issue, whether it was

the issue with Hun Biden in the laptop. We have now seen where there's a lot of Americans that aren't getting their news from not just not trust them, They're not even watching anymore, they're not even reading these newspapers anymore, and they're turning to podcasts just like this show and Podcasts Center had a massive impact on the twenty twenty four election at the local, state, and national level. And that is good for everyone.

Speaker 2

Well, and that's the final that's prediction number ten that there's no doubt that we are seeing across the media landscape a disintermediation, that the mediators, those who had a monopoly on communicating with the public, are losing that monopoly. They're losing that control. And and listen, the part of the reason they're losing that monopoly is because they've been so dishonest. They've been such partisan propagandists that that they don't report on news, they simply advocate for the left

wing of the Democrat Party. That they have utterly destroyed the trust they had with the Amreaer people, and the corporate media has been exposed as liars. We have seen the rise the democratization of media. We've seen the rise of podcasts. I think this podcast has had a significant impact on the public discourse. I think other podcasts. We saw Donald Trump go on multiple podcasts in the election and go right around the corporate media, goes straight to

the American people. We see the impact of people like Joe Rogan, which is enormously impactful, going straight to the American people. And the prediction that we made is that we were going to see more and more democratization, both from podcasts and also from Twitter and x and just speaking the truth right around the so called gatekeepers. So I want you to listen to this prediction. This prediction was in August of twenty twenty four. Give a listen.

Why do you and I do the podcast often at eleven o'clock at night or midnight or even one or two in the morning. Why do we do it three days a week. We do it because if your only source of news is the corporate media, if you only watch CNN or MSNBC or ABCNBCCBS, you do not know what is happening. They are lying to you. And the reason this podcast we've got roughly a million unique listeners is because people find it valuable. We give you facts

that CNN will never air. We play the full segment of what Elon and Trump said about here Shima and Nagasaki instead of their dishonestly edited snippet that was designed to mislead you and lie to you. And this podcast goes right around the corporate media and in fact, just about every podcast we put out drives stories in the

corporate media. That is going to accelerate. People are going to podcast, people are going to social media, people are going to x Elon's buying Twitter remains I think the single most important step for free speech in decades, and I think that's only accelerate, and you're going to see a panic as the corporate media they want a monopoly on what we know, what we hear, what we understand,

and they're losing their monopoly. So I predict more and more frantic panic, but also more and more power to the people, which is a very good thing.

Speaker 1

Center. I mean, it's this is a I really do believe a major turning point, and I think there is proof and the outcome of the election that we just saw. And it's not that I want to have a conservative media just have a monopoly. I just want honest journalism and those that are telling the truth to have a real platform with a real audience. And we're gaining that now through podcasts and other venues.

Speaker 2

As we mentioned, Yeah, that's exactly right, and we're seeing that. Look these ten predictions that we've gone through on this podcast and Wednesday's podcast, If you got all your news from CNN, you would have heard zero of these ten predictions. If you got all your news from the New York Times, you would have heard zero of these predictions. And so it's why people tune into Verdict, because you learn things and you know things that you cannot get through the

corporate media. That this is one of the very few avenues that is putting out the facts and that prediction. We saw the massive impact of podcasts and an X on the twenty twenty four election, but also the prediction that I made about about the panic from the media. I want you to listen. This is in November twenty twenty five after the election, to Axio CEO Jim Vanda Hide just completely losing his mind over Elon Musk saying

to everyone on X you are the media. Give a listen to Jim Vanda high losing it.

Speaker 3

Thing we do is under fire.

Speaker 5

Elon Musk sits on Twitter every day or X Today saying like we are the media, you are the media. My message to Elon Musk is both you're not the media. You having you having a blue check mark a Twitter handle in three hundred words of cleverness doesn't make you a reporter. You don't do that by popping off on Twitter.

Speaker 3

You don't do that by having an opinion. You do it by doing the hard work.

Speaker 6

Yeah, come on, First of all, I've got to say extraordinary content.

Speaker 3

It needed to be said.

Speaker 6

It continues the need to be said when all of the garbage is flying around on social media, lying about reporters, lying about the hard work they do, lying about the hard work editors do, lying about everything up and down about not only their alternative set of facts, but alternative set of facts about what.

Speaker 7

People like you do or are if social media people lying every day, every hour, every minute about the news.

Speaker 3

What you do matters.

Speaker 8

What the New York Times does matters, What the Wall Street Journal does matters, What Jonathan Lemir does matters, what the Financial Times does matters. What NBC News and MSNBC reporters do matters, It matters.

Speaker 1

It matters. I love the self righteousness there right.

Speaker 2

Well and yes, and then that kicked in at the end morning Joe to to Joe Scarborough and Mika losing their minds, also echoing Jim Vanda high and just yes, yes, yes, he's exactly right. And listen the corporate media they hate democracy. They hate the democratization of communication. They hate the rise of pod cast, They hate that people can talk directly to the voters. They hate the ability to get the truth and and this is destroying their monopoly.

Speaker 4

Now.

Speaker 2

A big part of the reason so many people turn to podcasts is the corporate media lies. They lied deliberately, and when they had a monopoly, their lives were pretty effective. But people are turning elsewhere. Look Mourning Joe, Mourning Joe. During the week that Trump that Joe Scarboro and Mika went down to meet with Morning Joe, do you know

how many viewers Morning Joe averaged every day? How many they averaged six hundred ninety one thousand total viewers during the week that Joe and Mika went to meet with Trump. Six hundred ninety one thousand. We have about a million. So, Joe, it ought to concern you that you've got an entire corporate bureaucracy. You've got millions of dollars that are broadcasting your show into every television set in America, and yet Verdict is getting substantially more listeners than you are. And

the reason is simple. The corporate media. They lie to you. They are so partisan. They are so brazen, they are willing to lie, and they are horrified that their ability to lie is checked by the ability of you and me and others to speak the truth. That's the power of podcast, and I think that's that's the power of verdict.

Speaker 1

Finally, let's end with a prediction to watch center on. Not that long ago, you predicted that the US will sanction the ICC for the egregious move to arrest Benjaminett and Yahoo, and that that prediction I want to play for people. Take a listen.

Speaker 2

We're going to predict we will take up the legislation to sanction the ICC, and we will do it early next year, when we have a Republican Congress and a Republican president. I don't even know that we'll need that legislation, though, because I expect the Trump administration to act unilatterally. I think there's ample authority under the law for them to act.

Even if the Democrats filibuster legislation to sanction the ICC, I think the president will have ample authority to act come January twenty.

Speaker 1

Let me talk to you. That was a prediction that you're now saying we should watch this very carefully.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I think that's gonna happen in twenty twenty five, and we'll all see it. And you know what happens in twenty twenty five, Verdict will come back and point out exactly as we predicted it came to pass.

Speaker 1
