Well, that's exactly right. We have seen Brazil, the largest country in Latin America, really descend into talitarianism and Brazil is rivaling Venezuela for the oppression we're saying. And what has happened in the past few days is Brazil has banned X from the entire country. They banned X after attempting to engage in widespread censorship. They're terrified of their citizens speaking, and they're going after a major American company, a major American social media company, and I'll tell you
Elon Musk is fighting back. It is an extraordinary threat to free speech. But it's also chilling because Brazil is doing it with the encouragement of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and American Democrats. We're going to break that down. There was also a story that broke over the last couple of days that is really shocking, which is that Mexico. The Mexican government announced that they're going to start providing bus rides with police and military escorts to illegal immigrants
heading towards the US border. It is astonishing. And again this is with the encouragement of Kamala Harris and Congressional Democrats. We're gonna explain that to you as well.

But one of the things I love about this show is we can take time to explain things that either people may not remember from school or maybe they weren't
even taught. And we have so many people they're younger that listen to this show you used a word describing what was happening in Brazil as to talitarianism unfolding, Let's explain that first and foremost to a listeners, what does that mean? Because there's a lot of words that we that are thrown out there with socialism and communism and Marxism. So when you say to talitarianism, what are we just so people understand setting the stage for this big issue.
Well, to talitarianism very simply is the government having control of your life, having total control over your life, having the power of censorship, the power of arbitrary imprisonment, the power to lock you up, to confiscate your property, to do whatever they wish with you. And sadly, we've seen in many communist nations. Communist nations are almost invariably to
talitarian nations. And we see that whether it was the Soviet Union and the Gulag where they locked up anyone who dared stand up against the government, or whether it was maw and communist China, or whether it was communist Vietnam or communist Cuba, to talitarian governments or oppressive governments where the government has total power over you. And in Brazil, let me explain what's going on. I'm going to give some context because just seeing the headlines it's hard to
know what's happening. So let me give you some background. So in twenty twenty two, there were elections in Brazil and Brazil's electoral court granted a man named Alexander de Moorez, who is the nation's election chief and he's a Supreme Court justice. They gave him the authority to issue unilateral orders for the removal of online content deemed false or misleading.
And this was in the context where Lulah, the radical leftists whom Joe Biden and Kamala Harris love was running against conservative President Bolsonaro, and these orders were used to target the supporters of President Bolsonaro. As a court justice, de Morees had ordered investigations into Bolsonaro and had jailed some of the president's supporters. So this is a battle between what is now the previous president and the current oppressive regime. De Morees has very strong support from the
leftist president today, Lula de Silva. In twenty twenty two, Bolsonaro ie and his supporters attacked Brazil's federal government buildings in the capitol in Brazilia After the attack, De Morees ordered several social media platforms, including X, to block specific accounts that he said had been involved in the planning, saying that the companies would be fined if they failed to comply. Over time, de Morees ordered more and more X accounts to be blocked, getting court orders to do so.
Over time, X refused to comply, and Elon Musk began publicly criticizing de Morez. De Morees then opened a full investigation into Elon Musk and into X, focused on quote, the dissemination of defamatory fake news, and obstruction, incitement and criminal organization. De Morees was very unhappy that X and
Elon Musk were standing up to his orders. After months of non compliance by X, de Moores threatened to arrest the company's Brazilian attorney and staff over the continuing defiance of the law, and in response, Elon Musk closed X's office in Brazil and eliminated all the staff. However, Brazilian law requires that any company doing business in Brazil must have legal representation in the country. Therefore, on August twenty eighth, De Morees ordered X to hire a new attorney to
represent it in Brazil. Within twenty four hours, and understand this attorney that's being ordered to be hired. Once he's hired, De Morees intends to throw the attorney in jail. That's what this is all about. And if X did not hire a new attorney, the site would be blocked. Elon Musk refused to hire an attorney just to have the guy thrown in jail, and de Moores ordered X blocked.
On August thirtieth. De Moores ordered internet service providers to block access to X and threatened a daily fine of about nine thousand dollars per day for users who bypassed the ban through virtual private networks, and De Moores also froze Starlink's finances in Brazil. Starlink is SpaceX's satellite internet business. To enforce the suspension against X, de Moores directed the
National Telecommunications Agency to take action. The order will remain in due effect until the platform complies with the decisions of the Supreme Federal Court and pays accumulated fines totaling about three point three million dollars and appoints a representative in Brazil. De Moorrees had also instructed both Apple and Google to remove both X and VPN applications from their virtual stores, but he reversed this decision the same day,
citing concerns about potential quote unnecessary disruption. So where we are right now, there is no X in Brazil, and this judge is continuing to try to censor any criticism or any disagreement.
The most shocking part is the fact that they're saying not just hey, we're gonna kick you out and we're gonna shut it down and you can't use it, but they're saying eight nine hundred dollars a day if you do use it in Brazil. That is an insane well, it's insane amount of cash in America, but it's really an unbelievable amount of money in Brazil.
And understand that's not directed at Elon Musk. That's directed at an individual Brazilian. They're saying, if you just are a citizen of Brazil and you go on to X, they will find you almost nine thousand dollars a day.
I go to the back to the bigger picture here, and that is the warning. And it feels like we're seeing a surge in this type of activity around the world. Is that because when people do things like this, and governments do things like this, and leaders do things like this. Others are like, well they're doing it, so yeah, maybe I'll take that play out of the playbook because it doesn't seem like we're head in the right direction here.
You're exactly right, and listen. This podcast is dedicated to many things, but front and center is the US Constitution and free speech. And we had a pod a couple of weeks ago that focused on the United Kingdom throwing a British citizen in jail, sentencing him a jail for twenty months for a Facebook post. This is a pattern we're seeing across the globe of government power being used to censor and silence views they don't like. And this
is being done. Look at this is the instinct we see in America with Joe Biden, with Kamala Harris, and with congressional Democrats pressuring We discussed on this podcast a few episodes ago Mark Zuckerberg's letter explaining that the Biden White House had pressured him to censor views they don't like. This is a pattern, and it's a very dangerous pattern. And the more we see leftists getting away with abusing government power to silence dissent, the worse it gets because
it encourages everyone else. And this is ultimately a threat to free speech in America. Let me point out, among other things, X is an American company. Where is the administration? Where is Why is Joe Biden not denounced this atrocious violation of free speech? Why has Kamala Harris been utterly silent? Why has the entirety of the executive branch been silent?
And the reason is they're happy they want X band And I got to say, I think Kamala Harris wishes she could band X hear because the left today, you know, been there was a time when Democrats defended free speech. Today more and more Democrats are very happy trying to silence anyone who disagrees with them.
You also look at just this story in the again, it's a wake up call, I think, as we describe it here. And Michael Sellenberger had this to say about the world taking this giant leap into forward into detalitarianism in Brazil, and I want to play part of that because I think it's important what he had to say.

The world took a giant leap forward into detalitarianism yesterday, as the Brazilian government blocked X formerly Twitter and threatened to find its citizens eighty nine hundred dollars per day if they use it. Brazil's the sixth largest nation by population in the world, and it now joins North Korea, China, and Iran the list of countries that have banned x. It's the twelfth largest economy in the world in a superpower of the
global South. It doesn't matter whether or not you care about Brazil. It's tatalitarianism is at risk of spreading around the world, and yet neither Joe Biden, nor Vice President Kamala Harris, nor anyone else in the US government has denounced the censorship. That's probably because Biden, Harris and the Democrats all support the censorship and have been directly funding
it for years now. Of course, there is authentic demand for censorship from within Brazil, and it is ultimately up to the Brazilian people to reverse its nations descent into totalitarianism. Brazil's powerful government funded news media corporations have been urging censorship in part because it benefits President Lula's ruling Workers Party and them directly it's now up to Senate President Drigo Pacheco to impeach the Supreme Court justice turned dictator
ale Chandra Jimais. At the same time, the Biden administration and Democrats have played an influential role in instigating the censorship in Brazil. The FBI went to Brazil and gave it Supreme Court Justice's advice on how to censor its population.
The US government has been funding many of the NGOs in Brazil that have been demanding censorship since the election of a populist president there in twenty eighteen, and when I testified before Congress in May of this year, the Democrats on the committee and their witness all defended Brazil's censorship,
and Pacheco yesterday affirmed his support from Maris. The US government, after the election of the populist president Jero Bolsonaro in twenty eighteen, funded these pro censorship organizations which have been demanding censorship. Maris yesterday openly defended censorship to prevent extremist populist groups from coming to power. As United States Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr noted yesterday, that's a direct violation
of the Brazilian Constitution, which explicitly protects political speech. As such, the tutulitarian takeover of Brazil is a model for what the Democrats and the legacy news media went for the
whole world. Pro censorship scholars at Stanford and Harvard, Democrats in Congress and the US news media have long recognized the First Amendment is an obstacle to their plans, and so they have supported censorship efforts by nations around the world with weaker free speech protections like Brazil, Britain, Australia
and the European Union. They're looking for them to censor and even block X. We need to grow our global free speech movement because if we don't stop the spread of totalitarianism over there, it will make it harder for us to stop it over here. I urge my Brazilian friends to stay on X. Everyone knows that it would be extremely difficult from a Rice to enforce his insane decree,
much less fairly and equally. Proof of this comes from the fact that the Brazilian government and the ruling Workers Party are still using X, which means that they are also using VPNs to illegally evade their own ban. Brazil is thus not just a dictatorship, but a lawless one. Its leaders are behaving like the hypocritical pigs in George
Orwell's animal farm. Now, the good news is that Brazilian politicians, including Senator Eduardo Jirau, Congressman Marcel von Hotten, and Vice Governor of Minaschurais Matteos Simoons, are all resisting the ban and posting on acts. I never imagine myself practicing and propagating civil disobedience, said simoins but censorship cannot be tolerated ever, Senator.
There's a lot to unpack there, and there's a lot of accusations which obviously I think are backed up in facts that this administration not only is like sending our government officials down to Brazil, but we're advocating in supporting this type of reaction from the people in government in Brazil. That right there on its face is just total insanity.
It is and part of the reason why I'm glad we played that that clip from Schellenberger. You know, Schellenberger is an independent journalist. He's been been very vocal and effective taking on some of the some of the extreme of the of the radical left on the Green New deal climate alarmist. But also he was integral in highlighting the Twitter files, and he was he was one of the individuals who went into great detail when Elon Musk opened up how Twitter had been actively censoring speech and
doing so at the behest of the US government. Schellenberger did a very effective job laying that out, chapter and verse, and and and I wanted us to play that because I think he did a very effective job of tying what's happening in Brazil. People might say, well, look, I don't live in Brazil, Why why why do I care? Well? Number one, Brazil is a very important country. It's the
largest country in Latin America. This is our hemisphere. It impacts the United States significantly, what happens in in in Central and South America. But but secondly is the interconnection. This is foreshadowing where the American left wants to go. Some of the facts that the Schellenberger laid out. The FBI went to Brazil and coached the Brazilian government on how to censor their opponents.
That's stunning, which is insane, And that be our tax dours that are paying for that trip.
Well, not only that, but our tax dollars are funding NGOs, non governmental organizations that are pushing for censorship. The modern left has decided censorship is a good, good thing. And by the way, they only censor those they disagree with. They don't censor leftists, they don't censor Marxists, they don't censor communists, they don't censor those on the left. They censor anyone who stands up to oppression. And understand this
also in the broader context. So Bolsonaro when he was president of Brazil, Brazil made a hard pivot towards the United States. He wanted to be friends with the United States. I went and I had dinner with Bolsonaro. He came the United States, came to Texas, at dinner with him in Dallas. He pivoted very much, wanting Brazil to be an ally of America, for US to do more trade and commerce with them, for them to stand with US
on foreign policy. That's unequivocally good. And Joe Biden and Kamala Harris came into office and they hated him because Bolsnaro was close to Trump, and anyone who was nice to Trump they hated. If you like Trump, they hate you. And it's bizarre. They defined their entire foreign policy by the way, whether you liked or hated Trump. Iran hated Trump, so they love Iran. Bolsonaro loved Trump, so they hated him.
But the Biden Harris administration undermined Bolsonaro constantly did everything they could to effectively cheer on Lula, and we now have a radical leftist who hates America as the president of Brazil. He's engaging into talitarian censorship, and the Biden White House, i believe, is cheering him on.
When you look at the idea of where this goes next, usually when governments do this, there's one of two things that happen. Either a the people bow down and they're afraid and they're fearful and that can be an option, or there is a major pushback here. But it's also how other countries react. So you mentioned earlier that you're shocked that Biden Harris, maybe not shocked, but it's it's it's certainly something they should be doing speaking out against this,
and they're not. How much cover is that giving Brazil now knowing that hey, we're advising him on this, now they're doing it, and we're making sure that basically the world doesn't even act like this is a bad day at all in Brazil for freedom of speech.
Yeah, no is that is exactly right. And listen, all of this is field testing what the left wants to do in America. Now in America, they've got that little pesky problem of the first event, but understand their desire, and it's why Big Tech was run by hardcore leftists that fit their agenda perfectly, and Elon Musk's buying Twitter completely scrambled those plans because as long as you had monopolists controlling Big Tech willing to do the government's bidding,
that was a very effective censorship regime. Now they are looking at these other countries and seeing what happens, and do not think if this succeeds in Brazil that we are far away. If God forbid Kamala Harris as the president next year, I would expect a Harris administration to move against X, to go and punish, and go after we've already seen Biden and Harris willing to use the
federal government to punish their political enemies. Now they're getting a roadmap for how to do that, in particular in the aid of censorship and the aid of silencing anyone who disagrees with their politics.
Yeah, I really hope that there will be some members in the media here that will try to at least stand up for freedom of speech and ask for clarification from this administration. I'm not holding my breath though, as I say that. That's the sad part about where we are today. The twenty twenty four elections upon us and the war on masculinity in America today is more blatant than ever. But there is a story that it combines with a story from a little over a week ago, and there was an announcement that happened about a week ago that the US government, specifically under Biden Harris, have decided to expand access to the Customs and Border Patrol
one application into southern Mexico. So, in other words, we're expanding a program to bring more immigrants into the United States of America. This happening while Kamala is also making a move to accelerate the overall invasion at our southern border at the same time trying to act like she's in favor of building a wall.
Understand, Joe Biden wants more illegal immigrants in America, Kamala Harri wants more illegal immigrants in America. Just about every single congressional Democrat and the Senate in the House, they want more illegal immigrants in America. They are actively encouraging, facilitating, and accelerating the invasion at our southern border. They look at the eleven and a half million illegal immigrants that they have invited into this country and they view them
as future Democrat voters. Even so, even with all of that, the story that broke this week. But and by the way, I'm sure you didn't see this on CNN. I'm sure you didn't see this on ABCNBC or CBS. But let me read a headline. And the headline actually is from the AP quote Mexico offers escorted rides north from southern Mexico for migrants with US asylum appointments and here's the article.
Mexico will offer escorted bus rides from southern Mexico to the US border for non Mexican migrants who have received a United States asylum appointment, the government announced Saturday. The National Immigration Institute said the buses will leave from the southern cities of Villa Hermosa and Dapachula. It appeared to be an attempt to make applying for asylum appointments from southern Mexico more attractive to migrants who otherwise would push
north to Mexico City or the border. And here's the nut graph. The announcement came one week after the US government expanded access to the CBP one application in southern Mexico. Access to the app, which allows asylum seekers to register and await an appointment, had previously been restricted to central and northern Mexico. So now the government of Mexico is actively aiding and assisting the human traffickers. They will provide bus rides throughout Mexico, along with armed escorps from police
and soldiers to bring illegal immigrants to the border. To invade this country, and they're doing this because Kamala Harris wants them to do this. This is right after, by the way, Kamala Harris is claiming she's going to secure the border, but they just changed the one app to invite even more illegal aliens. They want eleven and a half million to be twenty million, to be thirty million, to be forty million, because in their view, if that happens, Democrats win every election forever and ever.
You also look at at the idea that Kamala Harris now is trying to be tougher on the border, advocating for policies that Donald Trump has had. This is just look at what they actually do, look at what they're actually saying, and then you understand the game plan. In fact, I think part of what Mexico's response here is, Hey, they're hedging their bets, are they not? That Donald Trump could win and then we can actually have go back to the border conditions we had when he was the president.
So let's really accelerate and get as many people across the border as we can. That seems to be their prerogative, But it also seems that they're number one person that's working to facilitate this is the Biden Hairs administration by expanding this program and they're going, hey, you expand it and will pay for the bussing, We'll pay for the escorts, will pay for the trip. This doesn't happen without the two countries working hand in hand. Am I wrong that they both have mutual interest?
M Low, the president of Mexico, wants as much illegal immigration as possible to go into America, and Kamala Harris wants as much illegal immigration as possible to go into America, both for the same reason, which which is to fundamentally shift the policies of the United States of America and to move them dramatically to the left.
Let's also remind people of what Kamala Harris said during the twenty twenty presidential debate this tech in twenty nineteen. Take a listen.
Being incarcerated for a couple of days is traumatic, much less the weeks, months, and years that we're seeing that happen. And so part of my plan is also a reduction of that. And then also again what we need to do about taking demilitarizing our schools and taking police officers out of schools. We need to deal with the reality and speak the truth about the inequities around school discipline.
I mean, this is a woman, and I play this because I think it's an important point. She says she wants to pull officers out of our schools. She wants to have a wide open southern border. She doesn't believe that illegal immigrants are criminals. This is a defund the police. A woman who says wide open borders, no law and order anywhere. Whether it's our schools or the border or illegals coming across, it doesn't matter. This is what she's in favor of.
And by the way, it is difficult cult to imagine a policy that would endanger children more than pulling police officers out of schools. Look, you and I are both parents. We certainly don't want our kids like like we would like police officers protecting our children, protecting schools, keeping kids safe. That the number one way you prevent someone from committing an act of violence is you have a police officer
there to protect them. And Yet, to the radical left, if we just take all the cops away, then suddenly give piece of chance violence goes away. That's that's truly radical.
Yeah, over the holiday weekend, there was also a story and it's sad because it had to be broken basically outside the US with the Daily Mail of a migrant gang that took over an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. This is Venezuelan migrant gang that took over the apartment complex. It's interesting that it was Venezuela and migrant gang that did this. And the video that we witnessed that went viral on social media them knocking on doors with guns.
These are few others aren't supposed to have guns. And then if you go back just a few weeks ago, there was warnings that in Venezuela they had started to empty out some of their prisons as long as the people they were letting out decide to go to America. So hey, we'll let you out of our system being a drain on us, but you can't stay in Venezuela.
You got to go to another country. And sure enough, their consequences for allowing the members of society that are in prison in another country to come to America and think that they're going to be law abiding citizens. The Daily Mail helped expose a lot of this. Well.
Maduro I believe is absolutely doing that he is deliberately sending criminals to the United States. He's sending murderers and rapists and child molesters, He's sending gang members. And it's the same thing Fidel Castro did in the Mario boat lift coming from Cuba, where he emptied out of jails, and he emptied out his lunatic asylums, and he sent dangerous people to the United States. These are enemies of America that want to undermine America. You have to ask
yourself is why is Kamala Harris aligned with them? Why does Kamala Harris when they send Venezuelan murderers to America and the Biden Harris administration has them in custody, why does Kamala Harris release the murderers? And I think there's no more important question in this election than that question.

I want to end with this one, and it was a group of illegal immigrants in San Diego County, California that actually tried to hijack not one, but two those school buses full of elementary and middle school students. The local media, not the national media, covered the story. Here's what they said.
A group of migrants tried to board a school bus this morning while it was traveling to a school. The superintendent for the Homul Delsurra Union School District informed parents of that incident earlier today. It happened at one of the stops on the school district's bus route that heads to Oak Grove Middle School and Hamul Primary. Meanwhile, yesterday afternoon, in a similar area along another route, the superintendent says that a group of migrants tried to stop another bus.
Border Patrol CCHP in the Sheriff's office have now been informed of these incidents. The superintendent says that for the safety of everyone, if a driver sees a group of migrants at a bus stop, they will drive past it on and move on to the.
Next This is a story that should be national news. It's sad that we're the ones that are having to turn it into national news center. But I don't want to live in a world where we got to have armed guards on every school bus because the legal immigrants might tie to take over a school bus for whatever their nefarious reason may be.
