Speaker 1

Welcome.

Speaker 2

It is verdict of Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you. There is obviously the big story of Donald Trump. He has pled innocent to the charges against him. And if you missed our last podcast, we went through the entire indictment. Make sure you go back and listen to that episode

so you know what's happening with this indictment. But while this story has taken over the headlines, there's a bigger story that we are going to spend significant time on in the show today and Senator this is one of the most shocking stories to come out of Washington, DC in a while, Senator Chuck Grassley revealing that a foreign national allegedly bribed not Hunter Biden, but Joe Biden and has audio recordings of it.

Speaker 3

Yes, this is a big damn deal, and I'll tell you today in the Capitol, I was arguing with reporters. They were, of course obsessed. The only thing they wanted to talk about was the in Trump indictment And to say, isn't this horrible? Doesn't this show that he could never possibly serve in any public office again? And I was standing right outside the Senate floor arguing with the reporter saying, why are none of you covering the bombshell allegations that

came out against the president of the United States. By the way, Donald Trump is not currently the president of the United States. No corporate reporter would acknowledge that there's a guy named Joe Biden who is the president. And last week we had number one a whistleblower come forward and say that there was a confidential informant who told the FBI that Joe Biden received a five million dollar bribe personally from a senior executive in Barisma, the Ukrainian

natural gas company, in exchange for official conduct. That is a massive bombshell. That is look we talked about in Monday's pod and if you didn't listen to it, go back and listen to it. We do a deep dive into the Trump indictment. We talked about how the threshold to indict a president should be incredibly high. It shouldn't be for tick a tak offenses. It shouldn't be for one administration going after their predecessor because they hate them.

It should be instead, very very high. Let me tell you what clears that threshold, real serious, credible evidence of a president of the United States taking bribes from foreign nationals that clears the threshold by any measure. The Constitution provides that impeachment show lie for bribery, treason, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. So bribery is explicitly laid out in the Constitution. And then two days ago Chuck Grassley

on the Senate floor made a stunning allegation. So Chuck Grassley is the only Senator that I know of who has read this FBI documenting what the confidential informant said. And when the FBI gave it to the House representatives, they redacted it. They erased key elements, and one of the things they redacted was the allegation that there are

seventeen recordings demonstrating this primary this this bribery. Seventeen recordings, fifteen of them with the Barismath official and Hunter Biden, and two of them shockingly with the Bearismath official and Joe Biden. Now I don't know if this is true, but if it is true, this should lead the six o'clock news. And I want you to listen to Chuck Grassley on the Senate floor laying this out.

Speaker 4

The ten twenty three produced to the House Committees redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them seventeen such recordings. According to the ten twenty three, the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the ten twenty three, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls

between him and then Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case that he got into a tight spot. The ten twenty three also indicates that then Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in brougement employing Hunter Biden sentaer.

Speaker 2

You hear that, And this is tradecraft for these ola gards and corrupt people, right. They want to blackmail. You want to have something on you, whether you're an oigark, a shady businessman, whether you're in Russia or China, Venezuela or Ukraine. You want an insurance policy that if someone comes after you, you've got leverage. Something that Jeffrey Epstein apparently did incredibly well.

Speaker 1

Is another example.

Speaker 2

Of this type of leverage aka trade craft, And that's what Chuck Grassley is saying here.

Speaker 3

Yes, look, there's a whole lot of substance to unpack from that statement on the Senate floor on Monday. Number one, Chuck Grassley, to the best of my knowledge, is the only senator who's read the FBI Form ten twenty three. If there's another senator, he or she has not stated that publicly. I have not read it. They will not give it to me.

Speaker 2

What is the reasoning behind that? Why can you not see it? But Chuck Krassey can. So people understand the rules.

Speaker 3

So let me let me delay that. We will get to that, but let me delay that for second. The House of Representatives heard about the ten twenty three. They wanted to see the ten twenty three, and so James Comber, who's the head of the Oversight Committee, issued a subpoena, got the votes, he had a majority in the House. He issued a subpoena, give us the ten twenty three the FBI stonewall. They said, no, we won't give you

the ten twenty three. The House was on the verge of holding Chris Ray, the director of the FBI, in contempt Chris Ray blinked and said, okay, we'll give you the ten twenty three, but we'll show it to you in private. Initially he just showed it to James Comber and Raskin, the chairman and ranking member of the Oversight Committee, said no one else can see it. Comber came out of that and said, the American people need to see this. Chris Ray blinked again and said, okay, the entire committee

can see this. But what they saw was a redacted copy. So the FBI, this is not a classified document. But the FBI took and blacked out portions of the report and said, you can't see the things were redacting. One of the things they redacted was the allegation that there are seventeen tape recordings. So the House didn't see that. Wow, Now I got to ask you a question, Why the hell is the FBI hiding the possible existence of evidence,

stone cold evidence of bribery against Joe Biden. Why did they redact out the allegation that they're seventeen tape recordings. That is an incredibly good question. And so Grassley was in a unique situation where he had seen this. He had a whistleblower. He saw this and he knew what was in it. And I'll tell you it is not an accident that Chuck Grassley did this on the Senate floor. He didn't go on Fox News, he didn't go on a TV interview. Why because look, he reviewed this ten

twenty three in a restricted circumstance. There may well be people who argue the reason why the FBI is trying to put all these restrictions on it. It's not classified, mind you, so all the laws concerning classified information don't apply. But the FBI is still trying to put restrictions on it because they don't want anyone to know. And so

the reason I believe Chuck, who's a good friend. I've served with him eleven years, Chuck went to the Senate floor as the Constitution gives an immunity from any liability for anything said in speech and debate for a senator or representative, and so saying it on the Senate floor, I think Chuck Grassley did that a for attention, but b for legal protection, because these guys are so vicious and politicized that there's a chance they could try to go after him for daring to repeat the truth.

Speaker 2

So saying it in the hall he could be held, he could get in trouble with this, this rogue DOOJ.

Speaker 1

If he set in the hall walk.

Speaker 3

Potentially DOJ would lose, but there would be potentially more exposure by doing it on the Senate floor. It is unquestionably covered in the speech and debate privilege of the Constitution, which gave him a greater ability to say I know this to be true. It'd be clear. What does Grassley know. He doesn't know that there are seventeen recordings there might

not be. What he knows is that a confidential informant who the FBI had relied on previously investigations made an allegation that there are seventeen recordings fifteen of Hunter Biden and a corrupt Briisma official, two of Joe Biden and a corrupt Barisma official, all concerning bribing Joe Biden personally. And so Chuck Grassley read that in the FBI formed ten twenty three, and he said it on the on

the Senate floor. And I want to ask you, look across the country, there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of listeners to this podcast today. I want you to ask yourself, something did you see on the news last night Chuck Grassley's allegation that there are tape recordings of Joe Biden taking a five million dollar bribe? Did you see it in the newspaper? Was it the headline today? Think about what city you live, in your local newspaper,

what was the headline on the front page. Was it tape recordings of evidence that the President Joe Biden took bribes from Ukrainian corrupt official. Was that the headline? And you know what, I'm willing to bet every single listener of Verdict the answer is no, that wasn't your headline. That wasn't on the news. The press won't cover this. And I got to say even worse than that, the FBI is stonewalling and covering the up.

Speaker 1

It is shocking to see it.

Speaker 2

You got to ask some questions about this to some of those in charge, and I want to play that for people. Let me also tell you about our friends of Augusta Precious Metals. Have you been saving a long time for retirement? Speaker 1

That's Augusta Precious.

Speaker 2

Medals dot com or eight seven seven the number four goldr a centater. You had a opportunity to talk to some of those that are stonewalling. You got to talk to a a the FBI deputy director talk about why he was in front of the Senate before we play some of this.

Speaker 3

Well, yesterday we had a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee and it was on a totally different issue. It was on Section seven oh two searches. It's part of the tools that the FBI law enforcement has to target for nationals. And by the way, there is significant evidence that the FBI and dj has abused their tools to target four nationals, to surveil US citizens, and in particular to target January sixth, and it is deeply concerning their

abuse of power. So the hearing was important. But given that this was the day after Chuck Grassley had stood up on the Senate floor and told the world that there were allegedly these seventeen recordings, I said, listen, I've got the deputy director of the FBI. I'm going to ask him about this. He didn't want to answer this, but he's here, he's under oath. He started this by standing up raising his right hand and taking an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but

the truth. So help me God, and so I took the opportunity to ask him about the ten twenty three and about the recordings. Give a listen, gentlemen. Every day when I'm home in Texas, I hear from Texans who are deeply dismayed about the growing politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice and the FBI. If you are not, every one of you should be deeply concerned about the damage being done to the integrity of the institutions in

which you operate. My office hear is regularly from FBI agents and from assistant US attorneys who are likewise concerned about the politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice and the FBI. And this is profoundly damaging to the

rule of law in our nation. Last month, a whistleblower brought to life the existence in the FBI of a report at FD ten twenty three in which the informant alleges that President Biden and his family members and aged in a five million dollar bribery scheme during his time as Vice president. Deputy Director of Body is it true that the FBI has a report making those allegations.

Speaker 5

I'm not going to comment on that, Center, and why is that. I'm just not going to comment on information we received. Investigations.

Speaker 3

You own obligation to the American people to be candid about evidence of corruption by the president of the United States.

Speaker 5

This is an area that I'm not going to get into with you. Center.

Speaker 3

Well, I understand you don't want to, and that's why people are mad at the FBI, because you're stonewalling and covering up serious allegations of evidence of corruption from the president. Yesterday, Senator Chuck Grassley stood on the Senate floor and alleged that there are seventeen recordings of this informant from Barisma, Ukrainian natural Gas company. Fifteen of them are recordings voice

recordings of him talking to Hunter Biden. Two of them are voice records of him talking to Joe Biden, deputy director of BAT. Does the FBI have seventeen voice recordings laying out evidence of a bribery scheme?

Speaker 5

Centerted, I'd add all I would add also that we've worked with the House Oversight Committee.

Speaker 3

Yeah, this is the Senate where the other side of the Capitol. This is the Senate. Do you have those seventeen recordings.

Speaker 5

I'm not going to comment on any investigative matter. Centator.

Speaker 3

See, that's the problem the FBI. And I've had this conversation with Chris Ray too. This is why you are damaging the institution. The American people have a right to know whether there is serious, credible evidence that the President of the United States took a five million dollar bribe. And by the way, if it's false, Chairman Durbin just rolled his eyes. If Chairman Durbin were interested in the rule of law, we would have a hearing on these allegations.

But of course the Democrats don't want a hearing on these allegations. And to be clear, if the allegations are false, you know who could disprove them. Joe Biden. He could call for this to be released publicly. But the FBI is stonewalling.

Speaker 2

They are stonewalling, and you have sentators like Durban rolling their eyes. Even the President was asked about this today at the White House and he stopped, turned and basically laughed in the face of American senator.

Speaker 1

He literally laughed.

Speaker 2

There was a reporter that was kind of shouting it out at him about Hey, these recordings, he stopped those tracks, turned around, laughed at the reporter. But in many ways it's like he's laughing at the American people at the same time.

Speaker 3

Well, that's exactly right. And the reason Joe Biden can do this, the reason the FBI can do this is because we don't have a functioning press score. The world of journalism is so utterly corrupted that nobody's reporting on this. Why didn't you see this on the six o'clock news. And let's be clear what I asked about it's not classified, But the deputy director of the FBI just said, I'm not going to tell you no reason my answers, just no. And to be clear, listen, when I'm asking questions, it's

not just because, gosh, I'd like to know. I'm elected by thirty million Texans. I've got a responsibility. When I'm in a hearing, I am doing my damned best to represent thirty million Texans and ask the questions they want to ask. And I'll tell you I'm hearing from the people of Texas what the heck is going on with the FBI? And this FBI deputy director just smugly saying I'm not gonna tell you because I said no, because no, Look, he is not a fourth grade teacher, and we are

not the children in his class. The FBI works for we, the people, and they owe an obligation of candor. They have evidence that Joe Biden, the President of the United States, took a bribe, and maybe maybe the evidence is not compelling, maybe it doesn't prove this. But if it's not compelling, they ought to release it yesterday. And if it is compelling, then you know what the FBI is doing. They're engaged in a cover up every bit as much as the

co conspirators involved in the bribery. You don't get to cover up if you've got seventeen audio tapes showing the president took a bribe and you bury them and say to Congress, I'm not going to tell you the answer to that piss off. That was basically his answer, and let me clarify something. Look, sometimes when I'm home or online, people will say, well, damn it, Cruise, do something about it, and I sort of laugh at them and like, Okay, are you confused about how our constitution operates? So I

can't indict anyone under a Constitution. Only the executive branch can indict. That would be Joe Biden, that would be Merrick Garland, that would be the US Department of Justice. I also can issue a subpoena. I would love to issue a subpoena. But in the Senate, to issue a subpoena, it takes a majority, and tragically, the Democrats have the majority in the Senate. Chuck Schumer is the majority leader.

Dick Durbin is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Dick Durbin has he literally, as I was talking and you heard me call it out, he rolled his eyes. He doesn't care if you asked Dick Durbin. And by the way, I asked reporters today and said, have any of you asked a single Democrat senator if there's conclusive evidence that Joe Biden took a five million dollar bribe from a foreign national, should he be impeached and removed from office? By the way, the answer to that is hell, yes,

it's the only answer. But no reporter will ask any Democrat that question. And so without the majority, I can't issue a subpoena. I can't indict any one. All I can do is what I'm doing right now, ask in a hearing, shine a light on it, and then, by the way, go on verdict and tell a million people across America about it and try to ratchet up the attention. I hope the House wilicious subpoenas there is a majority

in the House. I'm working very closely with James Comer and Jim Jordan, but we have got to demand accountability and transparency on this serious, serious allegation of a major crime by Joe Biden.

Speaker 2

That's part of what you said in your follow up question to him, which I want to play. And before I get to that, I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you're sick and tired of giving your money to companies that don't align with your values, if you're sick and tired of companies that are going completely woke and in your face target Bud like the list goes on and on. Speaker 1

To eight seven eight Patriot.

Speaker 2

That's eight seven eight Patriot eight seven eight Patriot or Patriot Mobile dot com. Senator, I want people to hear the second part of this. You're back and forth with the FBI Deputy Director he was refusing to back down of basically stonewalling you, and you brought it even more information which they should share with the American people.

Speaker 3

Would you loik?

Speaker 5

Greetings, Senator, No one's stonewalling the ten twenty three just said you refuse to add the response to a subpoena answer Mike question. The pertinent information is there, and I reject your assertion that the answer my question. I just answered your question.

Speaker 3

Okay, so yes, you have a ten twenty three. Do you have the seventeen recordings? Yes or no?

Speaker 5

I'm not going to get further into this.

Speaker 3

So you're stonewalling. You can't say I'm not refusing to answer your question, but I won't answer your question.

Speaker 5

I'm going to answer within the parameters that we operate in.

Speaker 3

That's the problem the FBI has right now and unlimited hubris that you believe you are unaccountable. You don't believe you're accountable to the United States Congress, and you don't believe you're accountable to the American people, and you are doing damage. The FBI is a great institution. When I go home to Texas, people ask me should we abolish

the FBI? Now, I tell them no, because you have heroes and patriots working for you that are catching child predators, that are catching terrorists, but you're sitting there happily erecting a wall to protect Joe Biden. Will you provide to

this committee, not the House, the Senate Judiciary Committee. Will you provide the FD ten twenty three and will you provide the seventeen recordings so we can assess what is the evidence, the specific credit evidence that Joe Biden personally took a five million dollar bribe from a foreign national senator.

Speaker 5

We will work with this committee, you and other members to provide the information within the parameters of the process.

Speaker 3

Will you provide the FD ten twenty three, yes or no?

Speaker 5

I will take that back and we will work with our.

Speaker 3

Now you're not answering that, Will you provide the seventeen recordings?

Speaker 5

We will take that back and we'll work with you.

Speaker 3

So you're not answering that either did you investigate in any way, shape or form these allegations.

Speaker 5

Center Once again, I'm not going to comment.

Speaker 3

So you're not going to say whether you did your job.

Speaker 5

We do our job to the very best of our ability.

Speaker 3

Well not here. You're not answering a single question to the American people. And you may think this as esoteric, I promise you millions of Americans are concerned. You know who isn't concerned? Not a single Senate Democrat. We're going to go through this whole hearing, not one Democrat will ask a question about this. You know who else isn't concerned? The corporate media, who is joining with the Democrats in

covering up this evidence. If Joe Biden is innocent, the evidence should be made public and demonstrate that he's innocent. But if he is not, is it true this informant who alleged that he personally took a bribe was an informant the FBI had relied upon previously in other investigations. Yes or no?

Speaker 5

In each and every investigation that we have, all the work that we do.

Speaker 3

I asked, the expectation is.

Speaker 5

That every logical avenue avenue investigation people.

Speaker 3

I asked you, yes or no? Question? Are you going to answer it?

Speaker 5

I'm answering your question.

Speaker 3

Was the informant one you had relied on previously and other investigations? Yes or no?

Speaker 5

Senator, we run down every piece of information.

Speaker 3

You're not answering it, then you refuse so you're refusing to answer.

Speaker 5

The question the fullest extent possible, refusing answer that's small instances, disperitable.

Speaker 3

It's disgraceful, Deputy Director about a disgraceful senator.

Speaker 2

I mean, there's obviously the surface level here of why he's not answering this, but in reality, deep down, why has he so hell bent on not answering this basic question about do these tapes exists? Is it because he doesn't know, or because he doesn't want you to know, or he doesn't want the American people to know? Is this part of the cover up so that the American

people don't know how corrupt? Is this part of the protecting of the President of the United States of America and all the corruption that they've already helped him cover up. Remember they're the same ones that when the laptop came in they wanted to call it disinformation and it wasn't They knew it was real. They wanted when Tony Babolenski went to the FBI, it was because he went on TV that they finally said down with him, and then afterwards not a single person contacted him.

Speaker 3

So he absolutely knows the answer to these questions. He's refusing to answer. And to be clear, there's no legal prohibition. This is not classified information, this is not privileged information, this is not attorney client information. There's no legal prohibition on his answering the questions. The problem is, fundamentally, it's what I said. The FBI right now has this hubris, it's this absolute arrogance. It's the same thing the DJ has.

It's the same thing Merrick Garland has. That Their view is we are unaccountable. We're the f B friggin' eye like whatever. We say. We're in charge, and we decide what to investigate, we decide who to go after, we decide who to show up at the crack of dawn with twenty jack booted thugs with machine guns, and who not to And you don't get to question us. Congress does get to question us. The American people don't get

to question us. We are in charge. And look you heard in his questioning he just said I asked him. He said, I'm not gonna answer that. Why because I don't want to answer that, and nobody's gonna make me answer that in the Senate. Sadly that's true. Dick Durbin doesn't care. It's actually worse, Dick Durbin wants him not to answer this. Dick Durbin and the Senate Democrats would be horrified if he answered this. Why because they're complicit in the cover up of Joe Biden. And I want

to underscore something. I don't know if these allegations are true. They might be false. Listen, Ukraine has a lot of corruption in it. Maybe, and Barisma has had a lot of corruption in it. Maybe the allegation that there was a five million dollar bribe pay to Joe Biden is totally made up. It might be misinformation. If it is. Joe Biden presumably knows that, and he would have an incentive to say, let's disprove it. He's not doing that.

And the alternative, why does the FBI feel completely at liberty to say, piss off American people, we don't work for you, and we will not answer your questions. That's what the FBI said. And I got to say, look, Ben, you can tell from that exchange, I was pissed. And I was pissed because it is so destructive to the integrity of the FBI and DOJ, and it's destructive to the rule of law and the Constitution in the United States.

Speaker 2

What will happen with this? Do you think and will we be able to get will the House be able to get these tapes if they do exist. If these recordings do exist, will we ever see them? Or as long as the Democrats have control of the Senate in the White House, is this going to be blocked off because the FBI gets say, guess what, you Republicans have only got one house. You don't have both, and you don't have the White House, so we're going to get away with this.

Speaker 3

So it's not clear if we'll ever get to see these What should happen? This whistleblower should testify in front of Congress on national television for the America people to hear his allegations to assess is he telling the truth or not? What should happen These seventeen tape recordings, fifteen with Hunter Biden, two with Joe Biden should be released

to the public. They should be played nationally. You should be able to listen to him and determine maybe Joe Biden's innocent or maybe as guilty as hell and took a five million dollar bribe, which is what the confidential informant alleges in exchange for government policy. And if he did that, he should be impeached, he should be removed from office, he should be prosecuted, and he should go

to jail. We talked about the Trump indictment. There should be an exceptionally high threshold for indicting or prosecuting a president or former president. I'll tell you what definitely clears that threshold. A president or former president taking bribes from a foreign national of millions of dollars in exchange for corrupt government official descis decisions. The Constitution explicitly says impeachment lies for bribery. We ought to push for this, and

you ask what's next. To be honest, let me say to everyone listening to this podcast, Frankly, it's in your hands. I'm standing on a mountaintop. I'm screaming, pointing a light at this. I'm shining a light on this. I'm highlighting it to the American people tonight. Will it be on the six o'clock news. No, because the corporate media is corrupt, which means we've got a million people that listen to

this podcast. Ben those million people, every one of you need to go on Facebook, You need to go on Twitter. You need to go on whatever social media you have and you just speak out. Every one of you need to pick up your phone and call your house member and your senator and say, we want an investigation. We want to read the ten twenty three, we want to hear the seventeen recordings. The only thing that might change this because I cannot. I do not have the ability.

I don't know I have the legal authority right now to indict anyone. I don't have the authority to issue subpoena to anyone. The only thing that can change this is you and pressure from the American people. That's why we're doing this podcast and why we're focused directly on this issue.

Speaker 2

You know, it's interesting that you mentioned Grassly and doing this this way a couple of nights before he went on the for of the Senate to say what he said, he also said something that that echoes what you're saying about the FBI, and I want to play that and get your reaction. Lastly, before we get to that, though, let me tell you about chalk. If you're a guy and you're sick and tired of feeling like you've just got fatigue, uh that you have that weakness complacency has

set in. You just don't feel like yourself. That is where you need to check out Chalk. Chalk can help you boost your testosterone by twenty percent over ninety days. Speaker 2

I've been using it now for several months. I can tell you it works. Choq dot com use a promo code Ben for thirty five percent off. Lastly, center, I want you to hear Grassley. It's interesting to know what he was going to say a few days later now in retrospect, kind of reading between the lines, But he had this to say on Fox just a couple of days before he went to the for the Senate.

Speaker 5

Do you feel like the Department of Justice and the FBI are playing games?

Speaker 1

Absolutely.

Speaker 6

First of all, I want to compliment congsmn Comer because he's been very helpful with working me on this issue, and we wouldn't be where we are with the FBI if he hadn't been involved.

Speaker 7

So let me answer your question this way. We have an unclassified document. We have what the FBI calls a credible source because they've paid this person over years six figures, and I've got a reputation for protecting whistle boars, and we're going to keep going until we get this document. But yes, I believe the FBI is covering for President Biden.

And the information that's in this is from a credible source, from credible whistleblowers, people that are protected by the whistleblower Protection Law, and we've just got to get to the bottom of it, and we're not going to give up until we get this document.

Speaker 1

I love the way he describes us.

Speaker 2

He says, Look, the FBI is a threat to Congress and a threat to Americans. They treat him like second class citizens. Is part of what he's saying there, and that's spot on based on what you said as well.

Speaker 3

No, that's exactly right. They believe institutionally that they don't report to anyone. And listen, part of the genius of our framers, of the founding fathers to drafted the Constitution is they created a system of checks and balances. James Madison wrote Federalist ten about the checks and balances, about pitting different factions against each other, and the idea was, if you have an executive if who is overreaching, you'll

have a Congress who will check them. You have a congress is overreaching, you have a judiciary who will check them. If you have a judiciary is overreaching, you'll have a Congress or an executive who'll check them. And each of the three branches will be a check on the other. What has happened with the FBI is they've gotten to use a drug dealer phrase. High on their own supply. They believe nobody can check them, that they are the judge, jury,

and execution. They decide what's acceptable, They decide what's not. They decide if they hate Donald Trump, and they will target and persecute them and go after him with everything they've got. They decide if they like Joe Biden, and they'll cover up and hide an off ye skate and bury evidence of corruption of Joe Biden. And because they believe they're the final arbitra, when anyone asks them about it, their answer is, no, we're not going to tell you. We don't have to tell you, we don't care to

tell you, we don't want to tell you. So no, Senate Democrats are perfectly willing to let the FBI tell the Senate go jump in a lake that they are so Why because they're so partisan. They don't want anyone to know about the evidence about Joe Biden. They want every question from every reporter to be Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,

All about the damn boxes of documents in the bathroom. Well, you know what, boxes a document in the bathroom are no worse than boxes of documents in an unlocked garage next to a classic corvette, which Joe Biden had. But they're also both orders of magnitude less concerning than credible evidence that the President of the United States took a bribe from a foreign national, and I got to say, FBI leadership, every step they're taking the stonewall is exactly

as I said at the end of that exchange. Disgraceful.
