- our tendencies to gravitate towards those we know in social settings, but we need to re-culture that trend and get those in our group to make sure they're being intentional in introducing themselves and getting to know any visitor(s) to the group.
- Acting as a family, not simply a social function.
- During group launches, people will check out your group and not stay, but that's ok. As leaders, we need to follow up with them and see if we can help find them a different group.
