· In the US, headaches cause 112 million sick days each year and while one-third of the population gets headaches, women suffer more than men do.    Research found a surprising link between migraines and food AND a plant-based diet was found to reduce migraine pain.

· Common Migraine triggers:  dairy, chocolate, eggs, citrus fruits, meat, wheat, nuts/peanuts, tomatoes, onions, corn, apples and bananas.
