Obergefell Decision: 10 Years Later

However, a decade ago, 5 black-robed individuals believed they knew better than God and created a constitutional right to so-called same-sex marriage. Today marks the 10th anniversary of the Obergefell v. Hodges court decision. Former Rowan County, Kentucky, County Clerk Kim Davis is "Exhibit A" in all of this and has been since she refused to grant a marriage license to a same-sex couple.
