Sunscreen is very important, but did you know your cloths & hats can play a big role as well! With the summer temps, we wear less clothing, so what type of sunscreen is the best!  Vitamin D is important, maybe you're not getting enough sun!  If you spend a lot of time outside, preparation is key!
