Episode description

Today I am sharing my thoughts around launching a course when you’re a done-for-you service provider. The truth? Most service providers are doing it wrong and I don’t want you to make the same mistake. (I share this also from personal experience --- I’ve messed this up too!)

Here’s the thing… launching a course won’t save your business. If your business is already struggling, it will only add fuel to the fire. In today’s episode, I share what you need to have nailed down before even thinking about launching an additional revenue stream.

You’ll hear why you need to have your done-for-you services running smoothly from both a financial and delivery standpoint before launching a course. I also chat about having the right growth strategy in place and how when you do this right, you’ll be able to scale your business (and work a lot less!)

What’s in this episode:

  • Why a course isn’t the easy way out
  • Why you need to build offerings around your ideal client
  • The differences between done-for-you, done-with-you, and do-it-yourself
  • How getting your services running smoothly will give you leeway to experiment with additional offerings
