Jared Dueppengiesser has worked his way up through the Milk Source organization, from a herdsman to now manager of Rosendale Dairy. He leads a team of 52 employees on one of Wisconsin’s largest dairies. Meet the guest: Jared Dueppengiesser has worked his way up through the Milk Source organization, from an intern to a herdsman to now herd manager of one of Wisconsin’s largest dairies. He leads a team of 52 employees at Milk Source’s Rosendale Dairy.

A New York native, Jared grew up on his family’s 900-cow dairy before heading off to Cornell University. A natural leader and “people person,” he is proving his management skills at the young age of 26 years old. While people and building a culture for his team to thrive are his passion, Jared has never strayed from his love for being hands-on with cows. In fact, he and his family, along with partners Milk Source Genetics and Fischer, exhibited the Grand Champion Red & White cow at the 2022 World Dairy Expo, MS Ransom Rail Beth.

Jared recently married his lovely wife, Kristen, and they reside near Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
