Stuck with work-life balance? I have an idea !

Imagine a day where you focus on work, spend quality time with loved ones, and get a good night's sleep. Sounds perfect, right?

That's what the 8-8-8 rule is all about!


Divide your day into three equal parts:


- 8 hours for work (9 am - 5 pm) : work is worship


- 8 hours for personal activities (divide into two 4-hour slots):

- Evening (5 pm - 9 pm): exercise, hobbies, family dinner, and 1 hour for learning / personal growth


- 8 hours for sleep (10 pm - 6 am)

- Morning : Get up at 6 am with full power & positive vibes

- go for a workout, have a healthy breakfast, and get ready for work


By following this rule, you'll:

- Increase productivity and focus, reduce stress

- Enjoy more time for hobbies

- Get quality sleep for better mental and physical health


I understand, Life is unpredictable, but with a little planning and discipline, you can make this rule work for you.
