After 16-year-old Darlenia Johnson disappeared from her Washington D.C. neighborhood in 1971, existing tensions within the community quickly escalated. Months later her remains were found yards away from where another body had been previously located. Eventually, another four victims would be tallied. These grisly discoveries left everyone asking a haunting question - was a serial killer roaming the streets of Congress Heights?
