Episode description

In today’s episode, I speak to nutritionist and biochemist, Karen Hurd. Karen discovered the life saving benefits of beans over 30 years ago when her 18-month-old daughter was tragically poisoned by a household pesticide. Since then she has been asked to speak and teach all over the world where she educates people on the healing ability of food. Her philosophies, education, and protocol have helped thousands and thousands of individuals heal from serious chronic disease, as well as boost the health of people living an already balanced life.

In this episode, the Queen of beans explains why beans are the solution and how they help to remove toxins from the body. Karen explains how we can all be healed with soluble fibre and goes on to discuss the adverse effects of the 's’ word SUGAR and caffeine on our bodies. I had so many more questions for Karen and can’t wait for you to hear the rest of our conversation in Part 2.
