Episode description

I was 30 when I realized that I had spent most of my life believing I was unlovable. After years of failed relationships, superficial and fleeting friendships, and feeling like I was too much for so many people, I concluded there must be something wrong with me. Maybe you can relate.

With every experience we have, we have a choice. We can internalize what we are experiencing or objectively look at what is happening and process it. The truth is God designed us to receive and give love because it’s His nature. God is love. In this episode, I’m offering some thoughts on why we believe this lie and advice on how we can bridge the gap from the understanding of God’s love on a knowledge level and the spiritual belief that His love for you is personal and essential for a holy and fulfilling life.
