Episode 30: Sharing My Birth Story

This is the first episode of Unravelling that I have recorded since giving birth to my daughter Sophia, so I thought that it was the perfect time to share the story of her birth.

Birth has so much uncertainty and despite having a ‘plan’ I had to fully surrender and trust that Sophia knew how to be born.

In this episode I share...

• The whole story from the beginning of labour until after she was born - the messy truth of it all!

• How despite birth being very different to my wishes, I still found the experience empowering.

• The power of an incredible support team.
