Lately I’ve been using Twitter for problems or issues I need handled. I don’t have the time or patience for sitting on the phone holding for minutes to hours. Twitter has resolved many problems with a quick and to the point message sent to the corporations DM. I’ll take a win however I can get it. K bye!
