Hi everyone. Welcome to a demo of the Nature Space app. I have not visited with this app in a while for no particular reason, but I got thinking about it today and I thought I would revisit it. It is a really great app if you want to relax or fall asleep or concentrate, just have some relaxing sounds to accompany, whatever you'd like to do. I downloaded this app about five years ago and I really enjoyed it, and then I kind of forgot about it. The app kind of took a bit of a hiatus and I've noticed through the version history that they were kind of gone for a few years and now they're back. And so the folks that create the audio recordings are just fantastic. They're actual, you know, field recordings with high quality equipment and they're just really awesome. And so I would encourage you to check it out and I'm going to demo a little bit of it here for you. And so the app is nature space, all one word. It's by holographic audio theater and you can find it on iOS. And it is buy subscription if you want to have new releases and such. But you can buy these individual tracks one at a time if you'd like. They're around $3 and the subscription is $6 a month or $60 a year. But it can be used, as far as I understand, without a subscription. You can just buy the tracks on their own. There are about 175 tracks here and they're all just really, really excellent. And so when I open the app, I'm presented with a listing of the things that I've downloaded.
So install tracks. Heading install tracks is almost the first thing on the screen. There is a little button folders back button here for your folders. I don't happen to have any scroll. To playing track button. I think that if you had a lot of tracks that you had installed and you wanted to scroll to the one it was playing and it was in the middle of your list. I think that is the purpose of that button. So if I move ahead folders, install track reorder button if you want to.
Order these in a certain way. Liquid sunshine button. I like that. I live in the northwest, in the US, and we have lots of liquid sunshine. So if I happen to double tap on that, we will hear it play. Liquid sun scroll to playing track button scroll to playing track. More thunder. Folders back button.
Okay. And I did the two finger double tap to stop the playing of that. That is a very long track. In fact, I did fall asleep to it this morning. It was really delightful. And so, you know, different places in the world, these are recorded different sounds. You know, you have everything from, you know, birds in the morning and different summer sounds, winter sounds, lots of rain and ocean and all those kind of things. So their kind of tagline is relax, sleep, dream. So if you find that in the app store, that's what their little tagline with the nature space is. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to continue on down the list here and kind of show you what else is here.
Lucid morning meditation button. First light button. Photosynthesis button. Infinite shoreline button. So the infinite shoreline is obviously going to be at the ocean. I river winter button. The indigo raindrop button. Night lake. Unknown button. Daybreak songbirds button. Okay, so here's the songbirds one. We'll check that out. Daybreak songbirds playing. Okay, so everybody's awake there in the forest. All right, so continuing on, some of the other things I've downloaded.
Summer Mountain Valley button, rain into water button. Instant summer preview button.
Okay, so now you heard the word preview, instant summer preview. So when you're looking through their sound catalog, you can listen to the name of the song, and then if you swipe right, you will hear the opportunity to preview it so that you know, if you want to buy it. So I have not purchased this one, but I have played it. So the instant summer preview, you'll hear like a sprinkler in the background and some other sounds if I happen to double tap on it.
Instant summer preview play instant summer preview stopping. Okay, so I double tapped and it stopped. So here are some of the other things that I previewed. The umbrella preview button. Oh, I like the umbrella preview. It's like the raindrops are pelting on your umbrella. Explore nature space button. Okay, and then there's an explorer, nature. Space tab, bar, folders tab. Now we're at the bottom of the screen. So those are my purchases and my previews. So at the bottom of the screen.
We have the folders, timers tab, two of five. Now, the timer option is pretty neat, so I'm going to double tap on. This cancel button and show you what this is about. Transitions, timer, configuration, sleep timer, liquid sunshine, play duration 1 hour, fade out duration three minutes.
Okay, so what you just heard was that I had set up a liquid sunshine sleep timer, so when I do that, I can choose what track I want to use as the sleep timer. And then there are picker options. For how long do I want it to go before it starts fading out? So I was able to easily adjust the 1 hour, you know, the option and then how many minutes, and then I was also able to adjust the fade out time. So after it plays for an hour, it will fade out for three minutes. So it's not this jolt of a stop. And, you know, that might wake you up. So that is how I set that.
So if I swipe right here, toolbar setup button. And there's a setup for another timer setup button. And so you have that to do. You could set up another timer as well. So there's also other timers as well besides a sleep timer. Transitions timer configurations, sleep timer liquid sunshine start button. That would start it. Okay. Transitions timer cancel button. So we'll cancel the setup of that for right now. Instant summer preview button.
And now we're back to our previews. So if I go down to the. Bottom of the screen again, tab bar, timers tap. Catalog tap three to five, there's the catalog. And the catalog will give you all different categories and types of things. So if I double tap here, instant.
Summer preview catalog heading. Immerse yourself. Dive into a world where anxiety fades, focus sharpens, and sleep comes effortlessly. Matura space is more than an app. It's a powerful imagination catalyst, transporting you to nature's serenity and beyond. With over 176 tracks and growing, our ever evolving collection immerses you in nature's most dynamic environments. Natural space is recording, okay, so it.
Talks about how these things are recorded. There are 176 tracks altogether. And if you figure if you bought all of them, $3 a track, that's quite a lot of money. So you might want to just buy the ones you want. Of course, if you had a subscription, you'd get access to the new releases. So if I swipe right. Subscriptions heading. And there's the information on the subscriptions. All access. As the world around us gets more expensive. All Access button recommended heading okay, and.
So it gives information about the subscriptions. Newest releases button here you would, if. You double tap this button, you would find the new releases in their catalog. Best sellers button. Best sellers. Staff favorites button. Iceland White button. Rail. Fan button. Quick fix heading. Imagination therapy button. Steady sleep button. Focus and concentrate button. Categories heading. Mornings button. So there's categories. Mornings.
Afternoons button. Evenings button. Thunderstorms button. Rain button. Island button. Wind button. Waves button. Rivers button. Okay, so you can get the idea. Here we have all kinds of categories in their catalog. T bar downloads button. Then at the bottom of the screen, I have a chance to explore anything that I've downloaded to my device offline. At the top of the screen there is a done button. When you're done perusing the catalog done. Button instant summer preview button and we're.
Back where we were before in my list of the things that I purchased as well as the previews I've listened to at the bottom of the screen, again with our tabs. Tab bar catalog tab three of five there's the catalog detail tab four of five there's detail. Let's check that out. Interrogation Preview page 50 so it is. Detailing something that I looked up just now, which is called interrogation. So it is going to tell you about the track that you were just playing. So if I want to know more.
About that done button interrogation preview, a visual display hangs in front of you, asking questions and flashing symbols you do not recognize. Buy interrogation for $2.99 button okay, so. It explains a little bit about that. Install tracks heading done button I will click done Instant Summer preview tab bar catalog tab three detail tap settings tabdeh five of five and the settings console heading. So here are the settings under console. Done button subscription no subscription okay, that.
Means I have not purchased a subscription. $6 month button $60 year button settings. And then here are some settings selected. Detail mode button one of two. Chill mode two of two. Those, I believe are for the headphones. Mix audio with other apps switch button. Off and I am not mixing the sounds of the tracks with the other apps that I'm using because if I were going to use this app, I would definitely have it playing on its own and not be doing other things with my phone.
So that is off automatically play new downloads switch button done information and here's the information. Matura Space info button review Matura Space button share button Email Support button Privacy Policy button legal button all right, and.
So those are the things that are involved with the settings screen. So I hope you found this interesting. I think it's a great app. I think it's great to be able to purchase tracks one by one or subscribe to it if you like. It's just awesome to have such high quality recordings available for relaxing, sleeping, dreaming, studying, whatever you'd like to do with some great audio in your background.
Hey all, Marty here. And today I'm going to show you how to move email messages in iPhone mail to other mailboxes. So we're going to move messages from your inbox to other mailboxes, not the trash. So what you're going to want to do is open up mail and then go to the list of people that have sent you email, pick any message, open it up so that you're in the body of that message. Then at the bottom you're going to see a button that says a move. You open that and then you're going to be presented with options of mailboxes that are in mail that you can move messages to. There'll be some stock ones that you'll see there and then you can create your own. So let's talk about creating your own just for 1 second. If you want to create a new mailbox, you would go back to the list of all the mailboxes that you currently have. So you're going to be looking at inbox drafts sent. You'll see all of those while you're in that area, the list of folders. You're going to go to the top right side and you're going to hit edit. Once you hit edit, you're going to then go all the way down to the bottom and you'll see something that says create a new mailbox. Click on that and then you will get a box that pops up that will allow you to name the message. You can name it whatever you want. So if you're working on a project, you can name it that. If you are doing bills, you can name it bills. If you're a recipe collector, you can name it recipes, you can name it anything you want. So once that's all done, then when you go back to the inbox and then you go down to move and then you can move your message to whatever folder you want and it is simply that easy. So there you go. That's moving email messages from the inbox to other folders.
The Orbit 40 is a 40 cell braille display that offers standalone note taking capabilities and Bluetooth USB C connectivity capabilities. On the orbit 40 you have a standard Perkins style keyboard with dots one, two, three on the left, dots 456 on the right. Seven is to the left of three and eight is to the right of six. There is a four way navigational pad in the middle of the keys and a space bar that your thumb can hit closest to you. The 40 cell display is lined with 40 cursor routing buttons and on the left side is a rocker button to pan backwards and on the right side is a rocker button to pan forward. You can actually pan backwards or forward on either end of the display. On the left side of the display is a USB a host port. So if you have a thumb drive with books in it, you can plug that in and access your books. And then on the back of the unit is a SD card slot. It's a standard SD card, not micro. On the right side of the unit you'll find a headphone jack, I think, a USB C charging connector and a power button. And there's nothing on the front face of the unit. On the back of the unit is a panel you can unscrew to remove the battery. That typically is not user replaceable, but in some of the troubleshooting steps, you may need to remove that. And honestly, the orbit isn't a bad display. It gets a lot of flak from the noise that it makes. So I'm going to hold the braille display up to the microphone so you can hear what it sounds like when you power it on. And that sound really isn't that bad depending on your microphone because right now I have it on my desk and if I press the buttons and I'm talking, you can faintly hear it. But it's not the loudest display. It does get a lot of flack for the noise that it makes, though. The orbit 40 is $16.99 at your favorite I orbit reseller and if you have any questions about it, please don't hesitate to reach out. Very affordable braille display. It's pretty durable. I've dropped this a couple of times. Don't tell anyone, but I've dropped it a couple of times and it will do what you need it to do. Oh, you can connect it to up to five different devices at once to quickly switch between those devices. Hope you enjoyed.
