In this episode, I explain what passive-aggressiveness is and how it plays out in people's actions. I use a personal story as an example to show what it looks like in real-time. I personally am not a fan of passive-aggressive people because I am more confrontational in nature. In my opinion, there is no benefit in holding something that will eventually manifest in another way. Be up-front about it so that we can move on.
