A lot of my clients tell me they’re uncomfortable with dirty talk because it feels performative and they’re imitating the things they’ve heard in porn or things they think their partner would like them to say. I can relate!! I used to imitate things in porn because I thought this was the only way but this didn’t feel authentic to me.
