Our time on Kurama this year reminded us that it is essential to utilize the simple power of our daily Reiki, yoga, meditation practice — our breath and presence to remain present in compassionate witness to the destruction around us, lending aid as needed.  We are then better able to not descend into the spiral of despair and apathy, rather to be the present to what is already here, the age of peace, brought forth in the world through each of us as we live Reiki.
