Episode description

Steve Wunker worked closely with Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen, who first popularized the concept of "jobs to be done."

After serving for over five years as a Senior Partner at Innosight, the consulting firm founded by Christensen, in 2009 Steve started his own firm, New Markets Advisors.

In 2017, Steve co-authored the book Jobs to be Done: A Roadmap for Customer-Centered Innovation.
