When I was 14, my father told my brother and me that he had arranged a job for us. He didn’t reveal where or what it was until we arrived at the location. Much to our surprise (and disappointment), we pulled up to a Waste Management facility. That experience left a lasting impact on me, shaping my perspective on what to aim for in life.
