Episode description

January 31, 1921. The recently-built five-masted commercial sailing schooner, the Carroll A. Deering, wrecks on a notoriously rocky cape of North Carolina’s Outer Banks. Once aboard, officials find the ship mostly in order, however there are items missing. Notably a few pieces of equipment, the ship's two lifeboats, the crew's belongings and the entire 11 man crew. None were ever seen again. Amidst stories of rising tensions onboard and strange sightings of the ship before her ultimate wreck, a timeless ghost ship mystery was born.
