S3 EP#13: Heart to Heart: Updates on My Kids and Their Journey

Christmas season is officially here---just know that I understand that this time of year can be exciting but also overwhelming. All we can do is have hope and do whatever is best for our kids. Remember that it is ok to say NO if you need to.
