Episode description

Flavio Andrade and Mark Sutton got involved with gangs at a young age. Flavio is Mexican, and Mark is African American. Technically, the two should be rivals. But when a 10-year-old Pasadena boy became the victim of a gang-related shooting, Mark and Flavio joined forces to prevent further gang-related violence while maintaining their street credibility. They join me today for a conversation about transforming the narrative of collaboration and unity.
