I am a Domestic Violence Survivor
Episode description
In this week's episode, I’m joined by my friend Hope as she shares her story of surviving domestic violence. This is a deeply personal topic for both of us—Hope’s journey of resilience and strength echoes so much of what I went through in my own life.
We originally filmed this episode for Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October, but the message is always important to amplify. Together, we discuss the warning signs of abuse, the emotional and physical toll it takes, and how to find hope and healing on the other side.
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please know there is help available. You are not alone.
