Episode description

On today's episode, Regan Yee, Track and Field athlete specializing in the 3000m Steeplechase, explains how she reached the world's top level in long distance running. By simply "forgetting" how much training can hurt, and also forgetting about bad results and failures, Regan is able to only focus on the bright side of things, to keep her motivation at the top. Fortunate to be back by Under Armour, Regan is able to solely focus on running, and is aiming the next big international event to break the 9:20 mark on the 3000m. This Track journey started when she was back in high school…
