#32 | 🏊‍♂️ Finlay Knox | Versatility and grit in the water

I met Finlay Knox, medley swimmer, this summer at the Toronto Pan American Sport Center. Just a few days prior to moving to Vancouver and only a couple days after being back from the World Champs in Fukuoka, Finlay was nice enough to sit and chat, to tell us about the few highs and many lows of a swimmer’s journey to success. Even if he’s only 23, Finlay has faced many moments of doubts, wondering if he was really chasing his own dream or what elite sport expected him to do. While he acknowledges that finding his “Why” is an infinite quest, he managed to bring pleasure back into the pool, to reach better and better world rankings, and make sure that, when he retires, he will be proud of his career.
