At the moment of our recording, Lisa was taking a break away from rowing, thinking about her career and what to do next; we talk about rowing, naturally, but most importantly we discuss mental health, and how it can be hard on the athlete to get from the adrenaline and motivation high leading to the Olympics, to the post Olympic syndrome.
