There's nothing better than feeling comfortable in your own shoes, and that doesn't mean flopping down on the couch with bunny slippers. Maybe you're a parent raising a little rock star, or a tech nomad working from anywhere and jumping from one thing to the next. Whoever you are, all Birds wants you to be comfortable in your actual shoes too. They're wool runners, pipers, and loungers are designed for a level of coziness that makes you feel like you can

do anything. You might even forget you're wearing them, and their shoes are so stylish they go perfectly without wear whatever I want attitude Alberts is all about loving mother nature too, because no one wants to leave a bad footprint. Each shoe is carefully crafted from natural materials that tread lightly on our planet, from ZQ certified Marino wool to a bouncy midsole made from sweet Foam, the world's first carbon negative EVA material made from sugarcane. So get comfortable

in your shoes. Get to know the wool runners, pipers and loungers at Alberts dot com. That's alll bi rds dot com. Il IL Flooring is chaol flooring punto Comin's dog Elisto bar ll floring, lumber, liquid verses ilal flooring goes through yanois. The man holds up his palms. It's okay, he says, I'm not going to hurt you. Are you all right? You fight to catch your breath, looking frantically about for any sign of what was chasing you, but

see only trees. Then you realize that hideous noise has stopped. Looking up, you see the man clearly now for the first time, his weathered face and his straggly beard. His clothes are made of a tough, strange looking material that make him look as though he's from another age. Two rabbit carcasses hang from a leather sack that he holds over his shoulder. Something was chasing me, you say, what was? He asks, looking round confused. You tell him everything about

the dead body and that horrible sound. Didn't he hear it? You ask, But the man just smiles to himself. Sounds like some one's imagination has got the better of them, he says. Just then you feel a sharp pain in your arm and look down to see that it's bleeding profusely. There's a deep gash just below the elbow. You must have done it when you were running. Please, I'm lost, you say, Can you show me how to get out? My parents will be getting worried. That looks nasty, he says.

Why don't we get my wife to fix it up for you. Then we can get you back to your parents. We live just over there. See he points toward a large wooden hut just visible through the trees, a small plume of smoke rising from the chimney. But you shake your head, please, you ask again, could you not just point me in the right direction? The man thinks for a moment, I'm afraid I can't do that, he says,

taking a small step towards you. I could point you in the right direction, he says, Only I get the feeling you'd be in here all night, walking around in circles. Much better I show you, don't you think? A large crow shoots out of a nearby tree. The man laughs. See it's only a bird, he says. Go on head toward the cabin while I finish my errands, and I'll be back soon to pick you up. You think, for a moment, if you decide to go to the cabin. Go to episode seven. If you insist on staying with

the man, go to episode eight. Now it's time to take care of yourself. To make time for you, teledoc gives you access to a licensed therapist to help you get back to feeling your best.
