Episode description

The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is such a vast and challenging trail, and hearing about missing hikers like Kris Fowler, David O'Sullivan, and Chris Sylvia adds an intense and emotional layer to the story. The PCT spans such a diverse range of terrain, 2650 miles and it’s easy to see how it could become perilous.

Join Dave (one of our partners), Christine, and Kim as they provide valuable perspectives on both the personal side of hiking and the critical role of search and rescue. Their insights help paint a vivid picture of the dangers of the trail as well as the camaraderie and culture that exist among hikers.

A special thank you to Andrea Lankford and her amazing book Trail of the Lost

Another special thank you to Joshua Young for our new intro music!
