Kimberley Skillett started  life in Hong Kong, enjoying a 'pretty feral' childhood before finding herself at an austere boarding school. Kimberley and her family loved the vibrant 'ex pat', lifestyle in Hong Kong but after her father, a pilot with Cathay Pacific, became unwell he had to leave his job and the family returned to the UK.
