Hey, everyone. Welcome back to Underreported Stories, where I cover the news that CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News failed to report on or don't report on enough. And today, I'm live from my hotel room in Portland, Oregon. I'm here to give a speech at, I'm actually in Newberg, Oregon, but I'm here to give a speech at George Fox University with a Turning Point chapter. Super stoked to be doing it. Not gonna lie, it was, like, one of those mornings where I did not wanna travel at all, like, at all.
And I had to just, like, the cutest, most tender little moment this morning with my husband. I was, like, I I wanna go. I'd wanna go. I'm just, like, so I'm so tired. I I'm worn out from the election and and, yeah, like, I don't need to make excuses. I'm just tired. Anyway, he looked at me. He was like, you know what? Let's just pray about it real quick. Like, you're doing such good, good work. It's gonna be okay.
And so he just, like, you know, prayed over me, gave this little prayer, and talked about how awesome it is to, like, speak truth into a bunch of college kids. And, gosh, it's so crazy. Like, the power of prayer is just it's so good. It was such a good reminder of how lucky I am to get to come to do this. Like, who the heck gets to, you know, once be a Turning Point kid and then become a speaker for like, come on. Life is awesome. So that really refreshed my day. Had some pretty good flights.
All was well, generally speaking. I mean, flights are nuts nowadays. I don't know. I I know you guys can't tell because I'm on a screen, but or in your ear, but I'm, like, 5 3, maybe a little, like, 5 3a half and, like, a £130, I'm not, like, a big person by any stretch of the means. When I feel claustrophobic in these seats, I can only imagine how anyone bigger than me feels. I don't know how people fit in these seats.
I feel like literally so claustrophobic in them, but I could go on a tangent about the crazy shit I see at the airports. So I will just stop myself there but I do wanna get into today's show, just immediately jump into the stories because we've got some good ones. So on our docket today, we've got a little pop culture crossover with Liberals having an absolute meltdown over the fact that Margot Robbie had a baby boy, like it was her choice or anything like that.
We also have to talk about Caitlyn Jenner speaking up about Caitlyn's major regrets so we'll get into that. And then, also, we need to debunk some fake news about Trump's new borders are. I actually had the opportunity really not that long ago to sit down and ask him questions about his policies. So I'm gonna spill all the details on that combo too. So without further ado, let's get into the 5 underreported stories that you need to know. Today's show is brought to you by Based, my merch line.
If you didn't know this already, I'm an independent creator, and the best way to support this show is by purchasing my merch line that represents your views. Instead of just asking you guys for donations to fund my independent journalism, my business partner and I created a line of merch called Based Apparel. Based means you are the opposite of woke. It means you're based in logic, you're based in truth, you're based in facts.
You gotta head over to based in logic.com to check out our latest apparel. My favorite, my personal favorite right now, is the conspiracy theorist hat. And remember, when you buy merch, you are directly supporting me and this show. And when you get your apparel, please be sure to tag me on Instagram so I can repost you. Alright.
So the feminist, they are breaking down because Margot Robbie, who, if you guys don't know who she is, she played Barbie, and she had a baby, recently pregnant, just gave birth, and everyone, for whatever reason, is giving her shit because she had a baby boy again. Like, she can magically control this. I don't if there I I know that there's somewhat of a science to it, but I don't think you can control it. So that's wild.
I'm gonna read you some of these tweets because there are niche corners of the Internet where I am not giving you. People are saying it is a tragedy that this woman had a boy. Let's read these. Okay. So this is from Defiant Els. It's a pop based article. It's like a little pop culture article that says, Margot Robbie has welcomed her first child, a boy. And this person on Twitter literally says, Girls, we lost. How? It goes on to say, can't believe she became a boy mom.
Tragedy. I, again, I know I've made this point to why How was she supposed to control it? How? This other person Doesn't even have a name. Everest Everest Dainton? I don't even I'm not gonna bother trying to say the same. But this person on Twitter tweeted, boy mom is more more of a mindset beyond being a mother of a boy. Even though I would abort, even though you would unalive your child because of its gender, that's eugenics. That's not giving Okay. Okay. Keep going.
But it's simply not fair that a male gets to grow and say his mother is Barbie. His mom is not Barbie. His mom is named Margot Robbie. She's a movie star and she's a really great movie star and I I can't even get into my thoughts on Barbie because I really didn't like the movie but she is not Barbie. Like, she is an actress who played Barbie in a singular movie and it does not define her. She's had so many other roles. By this, I don't even know, ideology? I what do you belief system?
Like, it's a tragedy that her kid isn't already a mentally insane person because she's also Harley Quinn. Do you know what I mean? Like, it's just really stupid logic. People take these ser these movies and the way that people are just, like, involved in the, like, the actresses, like, they take the roles too seriously. He goes on to say, like, he's not going to appreciate that, the fact that Margot Robbie was Barbie in the way a girl would. It's such a waste. It's not a waste.
Like, what about that is a waste of a life just because he might not appreciate the way a little girl would one singular role that his mom played? Also, just because this child was brought into the world doesn't mean this is the only like, this is not Margo's only child she could have. She could very easily have a girl. It but it doesn't matter. Even if she didn't, this is one of the most insane things I've ever heard.
Someone goes on to say, True. We aren't sure how she necessarily feels about mothering a boy. You know, guys, she's probably fine. At a certain point, I'm sure those who have been pregnant or who have got no woman pregnant can tell you that at a certain point you just want it to come out with 10 fingers and 10 toes. And for it to be healthy and the sex of the baby doesn't really matter. Also, these are probably the same people who say that the gender binary doesn't exist.
So why are you up in arms? Why are you bitching about this child being a boy? Anyway, it goes on to say, I would say she could try again for a girl, but I would never want to subject a little girl to having an older brother. Well, it says bother, an older bother because these people are so coherent. Let's unpack that.
So people are dumping I mean, this isn't new news but people are, like, dumping their childhood trauma all over social media and pushing it on Margot Robbie, saying it's a tragedy, that, oh my gosh, this this you shouldn't have any kids after this because you might have a girl after and that girl would have be subjected to a little bro or an older brother. This is some of the nuttiest shit of the internet.
And I wish this was, like, subjected to Reddit because then I would get Reddit's a different beast. No. This is Twitter. And I know that Or x or whatever. And I know that it's still, like, a home for wacky people or whatever. It's the Internet. I'm not delusional with that. But, my gosh. And you know this going through this tweet thread, when I was looking at unhinged comments, it got me thinking about this. I'd just been posting about this on x. Like, as I'm saying this, I'm realizing this.
I'm going to pull this up. I had this tweet not that long ago, literally like a day ago, 2 days ago, there's a Facebook group full of nutty women in Nashville, Tennessee and a girl in my I'm not in this group because f that. I don't want to be in anybody's Facebook group. But this Facebook group in Nashville, these women have lost their ever loving mind and literally my reaction to this when I read this was, no wonder men don't take us seriously. Like, wait, maybe we don't deserve it. Is bad.
This is bad what women are saying on the Internet. You thought the Margot Robbie shit was bad? Wait. Let me pull some of this up. This is from the Nashville Girls Group Facebook. It says, needing guidance. I have an IUD that is about to expire. Given the political climate, I am not sure what to do. Should I try to have it replaced ASAP or should I wait? Should I not get it replaced at all? Any guidance or advice is appreciated. Go to your fucking doctor. Why are you asking a Facebook group?
This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen just on its face. Secondly, you're so uneducated that you think that IUDs are gonna be illegal in America. Trump is pro choice. He is adamantly pro choice. He just happened to put on Supreme Court Justices that then got lucky when a, statute, the Dobbs case, went up to the Supreme Court and ultimately, overruled Roe versus Wade which was terrible precedent anyway and Democrats should have enshrined it into law if they cared so much about it.
But, anyway, I digress. This is another post that was in it. It says This is from an anonymous member because, at this point, I'm sure people are just raking these dumb bitches over the ashes because there are some conservatives in Nashville that probably weren't taking the shit for this. But this Nashville Girls Group person anonymous said, I was directed to make post explaining why we need to stock up on plan b and contraception.
The new administration plans to get rid of planned parenthood because it's government funded. I can't say without laughing. It's so funny. Also project 2025 will ban plan b and hoping to ban contraception. Be prepared to protect yourselves and friends. Okay. Let's unpack this, like, step by step. Just debunk it. Not even unpack, just debunk. Okay. The new administration plans to get rid of Planned Parenthood.
No. I think a donation from Chrissy Teigen could fund Planned Parenthood for the rest of the year, so or for the rest of, like, the next 10 years, okay? Government funding, I believe, is a smaller portion of Planned Parenthood. I know it's government funded, but it's not entirely government funded and I have a feeling that with the abortion fanatics in Hollywood, they'll put their money where their mouth is on this one.
They won't put their money where their mouth is when it comes to helping people, but getting women abortions, I have a feeling that they'll do they'll do their part on that. So, I'm not worried about Planned Parenthood ever being defunded, quote unquote. They might not get as much government funding and if they do, they're not getting it for, specifically, abortions, but that is not in the play I have not even so much as seen that, really.
I'll be interested to see what Elon Musk and Vivek Muramoswami do with the Department of Government Efficiency, and what they ultimately decide the role of government efficiency and spending in Planned Parenthood will be but that, you know, it's just to be decided. We don't ultimately know yet. This is my my favorite part though to debunk is this also project 2025 will ban plan B and hoping to ban contraception. Wrong. Read it, bitch. You haven't read it.
That's how I know you haven't read it because there's nowhere in that. The only part of project 2025 that says they want to mail or stop stop the mailing of, like, mifeprazone, which is the abortion drug that induces an abortion for you, which no offense, like, even if that is your thing, like, I'm taking my position out of this, you should not be taking that pill at home without doctor supervision. Like, this is not something you can go to www.hers.com and get. That shouldn't be a thing.
You shouldn't just be, like, inducing abortions at home. That is awful and scary and wrong and, like, good on the government for banning that. You don't want, like, so sorry the government cares enough about you to not allow you to suffer an abortion on your toilet. I'm sorry, if Republicans are the bad guys for that, then Republicans are the bad guys for that in your mind. I can't tell you how delusional that sounds. Republicans are actually just being the good guys in this scenario.
One day, I think, women will wake up and realize that. Alright. Let's move on to our next story. Caitlyn Jenner is having major regrets and it's not the kind of regret you might think or might anticipate. Caitlyn Jenner tweeted that after speaking with many families, men and women alike, that that Caitlyn accepted from Glamour Magazine back in 2016. The award that Caitlin accepted from Glamour Magazine back in 2016.
The award was attended for a biological female and turns out that accepting that award wasn't as empowering as initially thought so I'm gonna pull up this tweet from Caitlin and I wanna get your thoughts, guys. I'm really interested to hear what you have to say about this. Okay. The tweet says, while I never competed for one of the dozens of Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards awarded to me in 2016, I accepted the award.
It has become clear in speaking with many families, the distraught nature, this acceptance of the award still brings them today. Okay. I I don't know why. Maybe this is a really hot take as a conservative woman but, like, if you are up in arms, quote, distraught because Caitlyn Jenner won a women's award almost 8 years ago, like Well, let's rethink our priorities here. Like, I don't know. It just seems, like, a little dramatic.
I understand that people might be find it hypocritical that Caitlyn Jenner would come out and say, Oh, I'm against, transing minors. I'm against glamorizing this lifestyle. It works for me but I'm against glamorizing it, and then glamor I could understand that that it's hypocritical. The fact that people are out there allegedly distraught, like, there are so many other things you could be distraught over, I don't know, which just, kinda, seems like weenie behavior.
But, anyway, Caitlyn Jenner goes on to say, upon discussion, thought, and reflection, I agree. K. So agrees that this is not an award that Caitlyn should have accepted. Caitlyn goes on to say, it's important to me that I walk the walk, again, addressing the hypocrisy, like I have on so many issues. Mine are not being treated for transitioning in sports, no men and women's sports in particular. I can no longer go in I can no longer in good faith hold on to this award.
Now, I am unclear whether or not there is, like, an official, here, take your award back, ceremony. Like, does Caitlin just give the award back? You can't undo the photoshoot, the memory of it in, collectively, in America, the impact it had on people, the impact that it had on, you know, kids, as well. So I don't know how you can undo that.
However, I do think it's important to note that Caitlin has become a really, really important voice in calling out the transitioning of minors, in this debate about men and women's sports, especially given, you know, Caitlin's time as Bruce, as an Olympian, etcetera. So I do think it is not in conservatives' benefits to say, well, or any if you're Christian, like, it is not in our values to say, No, you did wrong, you know, off with your head.
I don't think that we should be doing that, especially because I actually do think that whether you agree with this or not or whether I agree with it or not, I do think Caitlyn Jenner is a good indicator of where a lot of Republicans fall on this this issue in general where they're like, You do you. Like, I'll stay out of it. Just don't bring this into the conversation with kids, don't glamorize it, and don't compete in our sports. Don't compete in women's sports.
And Caitlin has been actually a really good advocate for all of that while also being very openly for Trump and for Republican values and for conservative values, generally speaking, and so I think it's a good segue. I personally, I'm not, like, staying up at night thinking about how, Oh my gosh, I need to condemn the Caitlyn Jenners or Blair Whites of the world. I love that there are more people in this movement that are diverse because it's great. Like, the the more the merrier.
Also, it's a great weapon against liberals that love to say we're trans phobic. Like, hello, hello, hello, all these people. It has nothing to do with gender ideology. It has nothing to do or gender identity or nothing to do with sexuality. It has everything to do with just, like, people think differently. People have different priorities. And I love that we can talk about that.
So I'm just not going to be the person that's gonna sit here and tell you, like, shame on Caitlyn Jenner for doing this. Do I wish that Caitlyn hadn't done this? Of course. I think we can all pretty much collectively agree on that but I am so here for apologies. You have made your apology. I'm going to accept it. Caitlin, not that you care but you're good in my books but let me know in the comments, guys, if you think that this was good enough.
Do you think that this was good that Caitlin gave up the award? Just where do you stand on it? Drop me a link in the comments. Alright. Moving on. We gotta get to our next story. People are freaking out because this man, his name is Tom Homan, was named the new Border czar under the Trump administration. Now, in case you needed a lesson, although you're smart if you're listening to this show or podcast, so I don't really probably need to clarify this for you but Trump is not president yet.
So, like, these libs that are freaking out, like, he has the new borders out right now, deportations start tomorrow, like, okay. No. Let's calm the f down. But, anyway, there is this viral video that truly made me fall in love with this man, Tom Homan, and I wanna watch it with you because it is so funny. It is Tom versus AOC. I wanna watch it and react with you.
Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in the car, I will be separated. When I separated. When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separate that Mister Houma, with all due respect, legal asylees are not charged with any crime. They're here illegally. I can never get over this kind of ideology slash just like blatant stupidity. Come on.
Legal asci they're illegal they're illegally here in the country. There's a process for going through the asylum process and people that don't respect that, that come in here and bombard the system, flood the system, and ignore the system, those are not asylees. Those aren't legal immigrants.
I love the way that she she kinda comes in with her, like, she looks like she kinda looks like King Julian from Madagascar, if any I know it's really mean and, like, beneath me to be commenting on somebody's looks, but, like, every single time I see her, I just, like, can't they look something about her reminds me of, like, a cartoon with bug eyes and I can't remember who it is. I think it's King Julian from Madagascar.
But, anyway, I love that she comes at this like she is the smartest person in the room and then Tom Homan just wrecks her. When you're in the country illegally, it's violation 8 United States code 1325. Seeking asylum is legal. If you wanna seek asylum, you go through the port of entry. Do it the legal way. I love how, also, she's like, maybe if she repeats it more, it'll make more sense to him. He's like, I'm the mother and director of ICE. Okay, bitch? I know.
I know what's legal and what's not, and this ain't legal. The attorney general of the United States has made that clear. Okay. Mister chair, the the the memo is, is submitted to the record for review. Inspector general Costello, one last thing is that She didn't have anything to say. It's just all she wanted to say was her little 2¢. Hopefully, that would make everything better and make her feel better, but it was, like, no substance to that. Tom Homan rector with facts and I love it.
But I didn't wanna just react to that video because actually I wanted to have a very substantive like interesting combo with you guys because, yes, the media are having their like really natural meltdown claiming that Tom Homan like I said is gonna start deporting American citizens who immigrated here which would mean my ass would be getting deported. Actually, I'm married to an American so we'll see we'd I don't know.
I'm also American. Like, I'm not getting deported but, hypothetically, in this liberal nightmare that they've created and concocted off of their own crazy ideology, I would be getting deported. So bye guys. I'll miss you. I won't be able to talk from Canada because they have no free speech. Anyway, in reality, I've met Tom Homan and he is not he's a very scary and intimidating man, but he is not a stupid man nor is he a ruthless man. I would not use the word ruthless to describe him.
I would actually use the word maybe not empathetic in the manner that you think of, like, annoying people that are like, annoyingly empathetic. He's an empathetic person. He's seen a lot of shit and that's what makes him and drive like, that's what makes him motivated and it's what drives him.
So we got to sit down at this influencer summit that I went to a couple weeks ago and I got to ask Tom Homan a couple of questions and for whatever reason, like, he I think he likes adversarial conversations because I think he, like, it he thrives in those AOC conversations, and I didn't realize that until I asked him not a tough question at all, but he kinda acted I don't know how to put it. Let me get into it.
So I asked him very blank, like, pointedly, what does the the mass deportation look like? Like, the media makes it seem like you go into the night in the middle of the night with a net and you like round up illegal immigrants and then take them Oregon Trail of or what is it, the Oklahoma Trail of Tears style, like, through the country to Mexico and then you like throw them into the Rio Grande and call it a night. And I asked him, you could just tell me what it looks like.
And he goes, what are you, a CNN reporter? I'm like, no, dude. I'm just trying to understand so I can articulate it to my audience. But truly, like, my goal in it was just to understand, like, what the practical steps are. So I got the answer for you and the real answer is that it's actually a lot more logistical and paperwork driven than you would guess.
So I didn't really know how it would happen, I just assumed, like, maybe I sound stupid saying this, but I just assumed, like, we found the illegal immigrant and then we were like, hey, you gotta get out of here. They had, like, 20 days to vacate and if they didn't, like, we detained them and sent them back. That's actually not how it works at all. It's a lot more paperwork.
Before we can send these people back, we have to verify their identity which they lie, they don't have paperwork a lot of the times. The US government then has to work in tandem with that individual's home country to receive information, travel documents, all the things that you would need in order to put somebody on a flight and send them back, right, and it takes so long to do this. Mind you, that takes a long time to do that if the country works well with the US.
So, for instance, Tom Homan and the Trump administration has vowed to get rid of the most dangerous criminals first. And while I think that is tactically smart because it's a good priority and it makes them seem like safety first. Tactically, it's also just it's optimizing time when you only have 4 years in a White House to do something because a lot of these criminal gangs that we're talking about come from Venezuela and Venezuela does not work with the United States. Tom Homan told me this.
Venezuela is not their government, not interested in working with the American government. They're not giving us the identities of these people. They're not giving us the paperwork for these people. And when you think about the Colorado apartment story or these El Paso apartments that we keep seeing run over by illegal immigrant gangs, those are criminals from Venezuela. So when we're talking about getting these people out, it actually isn't just like, yay, Maga. Oh, strong. It's not just that.
It's actually a genius strategy of optimizing time because it's going to be harder to deport people that other countries don't want back, just logically thinking. And so I was like, great. Good to know. Then I wanted to know. I had, like, being in an maybe it was just being annoying to him. That's totally fine. I wanted answers. I was like, wait, I actually have another question and he was, like, happy to, you know, converse with the person that he assumed was against him. I was not against him.
I'm not against him. But, anyway, I pushed back a little and I was, like, question, who's paying for all of this? Like, am I, as a taxpayer, footing the bill for all these illegal like, do we charge them? Like, what does this look like? And he said, yeah, truth is you're paying for this. And I thought of it 2 ways. 1st, I was like, oh, shit. Like, maybe that maybe that changes my mind. Like, the whole thing was I wanna save money.
I don't wanna be, like, putting more into the deficit and, like, spending so much more money. And and maybe we could be reallocating funds if we were, like, more efficient, again, going back to Doge. But I don't know. Part of that kinda pissed me off. But then I kinda redirected that anger and kind of re reviewed as the dumbest way I could possibly say it, but, like, just saw it through a new lens.
The idea that the Biden administration knew that this inevitable and that this was always gonna cost the taxpayers a shit ton of money to deal with. And so when I look at this, I'm like, this is so frustrating because the Biden administration has now obviously let all these people in. It's cost a ton of money, specifically in California and other blue states where it costs a fortune to take care of these people. It puts an undue burden on Americans.
And now we have to have a third undue burden of paying to send all these people back. That's annoying. It's just it's really, really frustrating. But I I'm this is everything I got. Like, this is all the information I got from Tom Homan. I hope it's insightful. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. And I'd love to know if you have another question for him because, I am actually in the process right now, a little secret.
It's so new, but the White House has actually indicated that they are very interested in having different and new age media personalities, commentators, journalists, etcetera, come to the White House for the White House briefings and so I'm actually, you know, really that is always what I try to do with you guys is just like bring the news to you in an unfiltered way with a lot of personality which is what I do all the time for you. Got a big personality? Might as well use it, right?
And so I've been thinking really long and hard that maybe I should apply for press credentials and head out to DC and, you know, take on a little bit more of a burden when it comes like financially to go to DC and travel and do some more work. So I'm really thinking about it.
And if you'd like to fund my journalism which I'm, again, I'll keep you guys in the loop of, like, when I apply, if I apply everything, but if you would like to help ensure that I can do that and make that possible, please, please, please, I'd say it not to be annoying, but, like, shop based merch, support our advertisers, send this video to people, all of that really, really helps.
So with that being said, let me take you to our sponsor of today's show, Freedom 2 O. Today's show is sponsored by Freedom 2 O. Next story, I wanna get into all the things that Kamala spent donor money on in her $1,000,000,000 campaign that still resulted in her losing.
So reporting from the Washington Examiner, I wanna go through all the different money that she spent because it's ridiculous. I have it written down so I'm not gonna pull up the article for the viewing audience but I doubt y'all care. Anyway, I went through all the things she spent money on. The first one, pretty normal. Okay? She spent $654,000,000 on advertising which, again, we gotta spend money on advertising. It's a campaign.
Compare her 6 $54,000,000 ad spend which included that, like, Las Vegas sphere dome thing, so unnecessary, to the Trump campaign's 378,000,000. So she spent, I wouldn't say double but nearly double for what? To get absolutely skunked which is so funny. Here's where the finances get whack though. She spent more than $15,000,000 on event productions which was basically having celebrities come on the stage, perform and endorse her or do other other kinda like production related things.
So first off, that means we know that she's been paying for these celebrity endorsements all along, but she also has been paying for the production value and the sets of things which really goes to show you that Kamala really is all flash and no substance. I mean, there are so many indicators of that but this is just another one.
She spent $1,000,000 to appear on Oprah which she didn't pay Oprah but she paid the Oprah's Oprah's network to create the space and, like, build this infrastructure to do this interview. Now, I just don't get that. Like, I can't wrap my mind why that was a fiscally responsible decision. The truth is is that I could get more views on a video where I have this tiny little d g I, dji mic.
This I'm I'm not kidding you when I say, this camera is the size of, like, my wrist to the top of my hand and I have my computer in front of me and, like, a crappy ring light I bought for $20 off of Amazon. This and then I have, like, a $2,000 studio at home.
This video could do better than my at home studio videos because the content of this is good not because of the staging or the lighting and I think that's what Kamala gets really wrong and actually a lot of Republicans and Democrats get really long. And honestly, like, creators get really, really wrong is that the production value needs to be no. The content needs to be good. People need to like you. People need to wanna be around you. People wanna, like, enjoy their time with you.
And if you're not enjoying your time watching something, you're just not you're just gonna stop watching. You're gonna click out. Understandably so. But people are drawn to personalities like, you're here, yes, for the news, but also because we get along. Like, we're friends. We chat in the comments. Do you know what I mean? Like, you like me. Let's be frank. It's not fun to watch Kamala go on Oprah when no one likes her. Like, it's a waste of money. I keep twisting in this chair.
Sorry if it's like hard to watch. I'm in this like spinny chair and I maybe I should put my feet down. Okay. Yeah. Maybe that'll help me. I I don't think it will. I'm just like a fidgety person. But anyway, on top of spending $1,000,000 to appear on Oprah, it's also been reported that Kamala spent $5,000,000 on Megan Thee Stallion. For what? For Megan Thee Stallion to twerk.
And honestly, when Megan Thee Stallion went out and twerked, I think I saw a lot of content creators on TikTok come out, especially black content creators come out and say, like, this is fucking offensive. Like, stop pandering to me and telling me that because of my skin color, I wanna watch people twerk. Like, I don't wanna watch that. And then, Kamala spent $3,000,000 for Lizzo which Lizzo was awful for her campaign.
She just said, I wanna make the whole country look like Detroit like, oh, yikes. Big yikes. Big girl. And then $1,800,000 for M and M. Congrats. Like, I I have a soft spot spot in my heart because I was in the same sorority as M and M's daughter. We were in the same pledge class. But, like, Haley's gray, like, the little I know her. I'm not gonna say anything. She's seems like a wonderful, nice girl. Her dad though, like, he's so irrelevant nowadays and, like, I don't know.
I don't understand why that was, like, a big get. Like, he's irrelevant. My big critique on all of this though isn't even that. Like, this isn't new. I'm sure, like, Hillary's campaign did this shit too or Obama's campaign did this crap. And I wouldn't be shocked if, like, Trump had a similar ish production budget for Lil Wayne or something whoever's been endorsed 50¢. Whoever's been endorsing him, I forget.
But, anyway, my my take on all of it though is whether you're supporting a Democrat or whether you're supporting a Republican, I hate how the celebrities are, like, I'm holier than thou, Therefore, I endorse this person. Like, you're acting like you did it because it's the right thing to do. Why don't you do the right thing for free? You're so transparent. I will say and I'm never in defense you're probably gonna rip me to shreds in the comments and that's okay.
Taylor Swift I don't think she took 1,000,000 of dollars to do the endorsement. I think she just did the endorsement all on her own. Not shocking but it's it's arguably better because at least she didn't, like, take a ton of money from a campaign and then, you know, make that make speeches or something for her. She just, like, made the endorsement and, like, went away. I don't know. Let me know if you disagree.
I mean, I know a lot of people have strong feelings about her but I think what Taylor did was better than what, like, Megan Thee Stallion did taking 1,000,000 of dollars from the Kamala campaign. I also wanna talk about, like, the podcasting aspect aspect of it because I'm a podcasting girlie obviously. So, Kamala's campaign, the campaign finance report found that she spent 6 figures to build a set for the Call Her Daddy podcast. So, Alex Cooper has this like elaborate, very nice podcast studio.
There's really not actually much to it. I wouldn't call it elaborate but like it it has a certain look and of course, it's like it looks very elegant. It looks very expensive all for Alex Cooper to like sit there in her pajamas which no shade but, like, kind of shade, I guess. But the campaign, the Kamala campaign spent 6 figures to recreate that very set in a DC hotel room. Now, again, that brings me to 2 things.
1, why isn't Kamala just like getting on a plane, going to LA, and just like doing this? I don't I don't understand, like, can't she make a campaign stop out of it? She should go to LA and just go to the set, call it a day. She can, like, sleep on the plane ride home. I I don't get that. That was first big mistake, critical error. 2nd, it's about the content. No one watched the content relatively speaking. Now, I don't mean that as an insult.
I mean that in relativity to, like, the Joe Rogan Donald Trump. I believe that got, like, 50,000,000 views or something crazy like that. The last I checked, the Kamala call her daddy interview was at 734,000 which is nothing to gripe about. Those are good numbers. Relative to 50,000,000 though, it's a small ball. Right? It's it's small.
To spend 6 figures to rebuild that set for that payoff, I don't know if that was necessarily it and, again, people were gonna tune in to watch Kamala Harris be interviewed by Alex Cooper no matter what. People were gonna hate watching it. People were gonna watch it because they're interested. It was gonna get views no matter what. Why you have to set up a multi, like, or sorry, a 6 figure studio, that is beyond me. I think that's dumb as hell.
But, anyway, this is the last one that I found to be really interesting in terms of Kamala's campaign spending. Apparently, it actually cost a shit ton of money to staff these campaigns. So Kamala spent $56,600,000 on campaign payroll while the Trump campaign spent 9,000,000 on the same thing. So it cost $56,600,000 to staff this campaign while the Trump campaign beat Kamala so badly and spent, what, 40,000,000 less plus? That's wild to me.
And, first of all, if you've followed me for a long time or at least the last, like 4 or 5 months, you know that I'm heartbroken because I did apply to be a part of the Kamala campaign as their diversity of thought higher. And if they were shelling out $56,600,000 on campaign payroll, like, they easily could have added me, but it's fine. I'll get over it. And, no, I never heard back, by the way, if you're asking on a follow-up. Never heard back. I just lost my resume. I was so rude of them.
But I just think it's really funny that this happened. I I know that's, like, my instinct is to always say, like, this is so funny. It is funny.
It's funny that a politician who ran so far away from economic issues then inflated the paychecks of all of her campaign staffers and ran this, like, mean machine, paying people a ton of money, overstaffing everything, and then they wonder, these Liberals wonder why they're so out of touch because they're, like, putting themselves in debt so that they don't feel the pressure of their own crappy economic policies. But, alright.
And then, my final thought on this because we do need to move on and I can say this because I am I'm a woman. Like, this makes us look bad, ladies. This makes us it makes us fall into that stereotype of like women can't spend money properly. So bad look for us in general. But anyway, let's get into our 5th and final story. Former CNN personality Don Lemon, oh my god, so insufferable. He just announced that he is leaving the platform x. I know what you're doing. You're, like, eye roll.
Should I even keep listening to this episode? Yes. Because this truly insufferable person has put out a truly insufferable video, and I need to watch it with you, and you and I need to laugh about this. So please don't go anywhere. Hi, everyone. I have loved connecting with all of you on Twitter and then on x for all of these years, but it's time for me to leave the platform.
I once believed that it was a place for honest debate and discussion, transparency and free speech, but I now feel it does not serve that purpose. I now feel like you are probably reading from a teleprompter. And given that you have been on air for God knows how long, you should probably be better at it.
In addition, starting this Friday, November 15th, X is implementing new terms of service, which among other things states that, quote, all disputes be brought exclusively in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas or state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, end quote. The full terms of service can be found on my written statement or on the X website.
Now as the Washington Post recently reported on X's decision to change the terms, this, quote, ensures that such lawsuits will be heard in court houses that are a hub for conservatives, which experts say could make it easier for x to shield itself from litigation and punish critics. K. Let's take these demands or these, allegations. No. What's happening here is that x has created and this is my a very brief understanding because I'm watching this video for the first time.
My understanding of this is that x has opted to pursue litigation which companies can do this, any organization can do this. They've decided to pursue litigation in a specific court because this specific court understands what free speech is. And, unfortunately, we live in an America where individuals who have been appointed to these judge positions do not understand the meaning of free speech. It is very how do I say this? Subjective to the territory or part of the country you live in.
I'm here in Portland, for instance. I don't think free speech is necessarily the same here as it is in Texas. Even though we live and abide by the same constitution, the interpretation of it varies by judge to judge and their understanding of hate speech and etcetera, etcetera. So, actually, this is just a smart business move and it's not I wouldn't necessarily say it's Elon's fault he has to do this.
I actually think some that Democrats, and Don Lemon specifically, would benefit from some internal review as to why companies have to go to places to ensure that their constitutional rights are given to them in the court of law. I think that speaks for itself. You can find me on YouTube at the Don Lemon Show or on TikTok and Facebook at Don Lemon and on Instagram and Blue Sky at Don Lemon official. I hope you will join me there. Thanks. I will not. Thanks.
I really couldn't care less, and I know you guys I know my audience well. I know you guys don't give a shit that Don Lemon left. But the reason I wanted to talk about this story is because I actually wanted to talk a little bit more about how Elon Musk has become kind of similar to the way Donald Trump has become just like Teflon. That no matter what people say about them or no matter what crazy story people unveil about them, people just know who Elon is. People know who Donald Trump is.
They don't make any quips about it and there isn't anybody on the Internet that can come on here and say, well, I did heard this crazy story or I saw this secret thing. They can change the public's perception because Elon and Trump are so unabashedly themselves that when Don Lemon gets on x and says, I'm leaving the platform, like, bye, you crybaby. See you later.
For instance, I saw this story yesterday that, Chloe Fineman, she's a star on SNL, she had gone on to say there had been rumors for such a long time that one of the guest cohosts, one of the stars, had made an individual on the cast cry and it was so vague that it could have been I don't know. It could have been from 10 years ago and it had just been leaked. No one in the cast gave any indication of who this was.
And finally, Elon Musk came forward and and said something about, I don't even know, like, the probably being announced as the Doge, the Department of Governmental Efficiency Chair, and Chloe Fineman, who is a cast member on SNL, she came out and said that, oh my gosh, this rumor that you've heard about a cast member crying and somebody being rude to them or making them cry, it was me and it was Elon Musk that made me cry.
And the whole story was really designed, I think, to make Elon Musk look bad and all it resulted in and this is my honest to god take. Like, I am not sensationalizing this because I like Elon Musk. I'm I think Elon Musk is funny. I think he's fun to watch, but I don't have, like, this affinity for Elon Musk. Like, my heart throbs or something when I meet, like, I think he's interesting, but I also am not, like, an Elon obsessed person, if that makes sense.
Like, I feel that way sometimes about Donald Trump. Like, he's like, I'm just like, oh my god. You're, like, the cutest little grandpa, and you're so funny. Like, I'm obsessed, but I don't feel that way about Elon. All that to say, I think that the story that was told was that Chloe Fineman went to Elon Musk, wrote a script for a sketch. Elon read it and said, yeah, it's not funny. And then that made Chloe Fineman cry. Now, if for instance, somebody I I don't know.
I wrote a script for a comedy I'm not in a comedy. I wrote a political script for someone I looked up to and we were gonna do this, news hit together and they said this is garbage research. Like, I don't know. I'm like a I'm just a girl. Like, I might get a little emotional. I'm not gonna lie. I'd be like, oh, ow. Okay. And then I might go home at night and, like, get it together and be like, okay. That was hard. It was not a good day. But, like, why are you crying on set?
This is part of the job. And also, based on the track record of SNL back when like, even when Elon was on, like, last season, like, they just started getting funny again sometimes this season, season 50. So I'm actually kind of on TV no, I'm definitely on Team Elon on this. I bet you it wasn't a funny sketch. I bet it was bad comedy. It was probably, like, too political. Elon didn't think it was funny. He told you the truth.
He wants his SNL guest appearance to be good, and he didn't he thought it was a bad sketch. Like, what is so wrong about that? It's oh, my gosh. If you can't take any criticism on your work, like, show business is not for you.
And so to me, all of this, like, from Dot and Lemon to Chloe Fineman kinda coming in and trying to bash Elon Musk like he's this bad person bad person for giving you criticism or feedback, bad person for wanting to ensure that litigation against his company doesn't bankrupt his company because people are allowed to say what they want in the public domain. Like, if that is what is so bad about him, you guys have lost the plot, truly.
I am curious to hear your guys' thoughts on the Chloe Fineman of all of these though, so let me know if you've seen the story and if you have strong feelings about it. But, anyway, before we wrap up today's show, I would be just remiss if we didn't do an episode or a segment of is it real or is it satire? Is it real or is it satire? You cannot be serious. Okay. I just had the video. We have no audio listening audience. I'm gonna read you the captions.
Basically, the audio on this video is gonna get the video demonetized or get us a copyright strike, so I'm just going to mute the video and read the script that is on it. It says, working out because protest season is coming. And it's like this burly white man who is not fat. It says, We're not settling for a fascist. I don't know. He's got like a LGBT colored shirt on. Not quite sure, but he's he's just jumping up on a box. That's pretty much it.
So what I gathered from this video and why I kind of put this under the segment, is it real or is it satire is, I am actually asking Liberals out there, are you guys for real and saying that you're gonna exercise more and abstain from sex to own the conservatives? Because that's all we've been advocating for this whole time in culture, not necessarily in government. It's just like, be healthy. Stop being a whore. Like, are you guys being serious or is this a joke? I actually can't tell.
Because I'm seeing that there are men out there saying they need to get ready for riot season by working out. And then I see women on the Internet shaving their heads and saying that they're gonna abstain from sex and, like, get in real serious relationships before they engage in sex. And I'm just like, I've worked so hard to shift the culture this way, and you're telling me that the libs are gonna do it by themselves? Like, part of me feels left out. Like, guys, I worked so hard for this.
Keep me in the fold. This is insane. They're shifting culture by responding to think they're owning the conservatives when they're actually just playing into exactly what we've been advocating they do the entire time. It's wild. Someone named Redditlies on X actually responded to this video and said that this guy hates Trump and then he wants a revolution because he hates Trump. So he decides to hit the gym to get ready to riot, but then what's gonna happen is his testosterone's gonna increase.
And when his testosterone increases, he's gonna get disillusioned with the Democratic party, wake the fuck up, and become based. And I was like, that's it. That really has always hit my zombification theory if you have not heard this before. My theory that women and men are on so many pills and so they're just they're zombies. It's the zombification of a generation and so we're so zonked out that we just trust whatever is in front of us instead of critically thinking.
And so these pills, these these the big pharma, kind of you could call it a conspiracy, but cabal of sorts, that is actively working to diminish this population, to get us to be zombies. Like, it's working. But if we can tell the libs that they need to work out and get based and and that that's gonna really own the concern, like, I'm here. I'm here for it. Truly. Alright. Well, that about wraps up the show. There's gonna be a new vlog on my channel tomorrow. I went to New York City last week.
I vlogged the whole experience. Super fun. You'll get a little inside backstage look at Newsmax, My Man on the Streets, etcetera. And that'll be available on YouTube, Rumble X, and Facebook, tomorrow, and then we will also have a video on Monday. We'll be back for a full episode in the podcast on Tuesday, business like usual next week.
And if you're a real one and you made it to the end of today's show, will you please drop the baby emoji as an homage to Margot Robbie's baby and Claire or what was her name? Chloe Fineman for being a baby and even Don Lemon for being a baby. Thanks, friends. Thanks so much for watching. If you liked what you heard, please be sure to give this video a thumbs up and leave a comment about how beautiful, stunning, and funny I am.
