Introduction and capture of the alleged United Healthcare shooter

Everyone. Welcome back to Underreported Stories, where I cover the news that CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News failed to report on or don't report on enough. Easily, the biggest story of the week thus far is the capturing of the alleged United Healthcare Shooter. Now, the man that they have captured, his name is Luigi Mangione.

And last night, I put together a video of everything we know about him thus far, and it really drew me down a rabbit hole just reporting on facts, and getting so much pushback from a bunch of different conspiracy theorists. And if you haven't already noticed, if you're in our listening audience, you're not in our visual audience, you can't tell, I'm literally wearing a hoodie that says conspiracy theorist. It's part of my new merch line that dropped yesterday.

Go ahead and check it out at www.bastonlogicapparel.com, and is linked wherever you are watching this. But I'm always game for a good conspiracy theory, but I'm really not getting this one. So I'm gonna kinda read you guys the story or or the facts that I put out on TikTok, Instagram, all the good places last night, YouTube shorts, literally wherever you get a short form video, I've been posting about this.

And I'm just gonna give you the facts, and then we're gonna try to get to the conspiracy of it. So this guy, Luigi Mangione. Right? We know he was a former student at the University of Pennsylvania studying computer science. He routinely tweeted about anxiety. He was the valedictorian of his class in 2016 at his all boys private school that he attended, and he's 26 years old. Those are facts. We know those to be true.

Now, friends that went to high school with him claim that after a back surgery he underwent, he was forever changed by this. And we kind of confirmed that he underwent this surgery by checking out his Goodreads history, which was a lot about back surgeries and the implications of it.

And the other thing we know from, kind of, delving into his Goodreads history as well is that this year, January 31st, Mangione quoted from the Unabomber's manifesto, quote, when all other forms of communication fail, violence is necessary to survive. And he said that he thought that this was a very thought provoking part of the Unabomber's manifesto. And he wrote that in an Amazon review for everyone to see.

Now some more facts we have about him is that he's cousins with the sitting Republican Maryland state delegate, Nino Mangione. Now the New York Post is is trying to kinda get at this is not necessarily facts, but just kind of the motivation that could potentially lead to Mangione's disdain towards health care. And they claim it's likely due to the treatment of his grandma and grandpa, who according to the New York Post passed away in 2013 and 2017 respectively.

I have not verified those years, that's just what the New York Post is reporting. So following the arrest, which was very public yesterday, everyone heard about it, Mangione had a YouTube video set to upload titled, The Truth. And it's just a 1 minute and 24 second countdown with the words, if you see this, I'm already under arrest. Now, I'm not exactly sure how that came out so perfectly timed with his arrest. He obviously didn't have his phone when he was getting arrested.

My understanding of the arrest is that somebody came up to him at a McDonald's, so I don't know how he knew, oh, I'm going to McDonald's. I guess I should upload my YouTube and set to something about it was very off, and I will grant the conspiracy theories theorist that for sure. Now I wonder if there's an accomplice, that's where my mind initially went. So I'm very curious about that. I'm leaving the door open, we'll say.

So the only other update I have from the video I posted last night is that CNN reported this morning the discovery of a 2 page document containing the lines, these parasites referencing CEOs of healthcare organizations and companies, These parasites had it coming. I do apologize for any strife and trauma, but it had to be done. Again, it's giving it's giving Unabomber. If I'm being honest, it's it's giving a little bit of Unabomber. And the response to this has been astounding, like, truly.

The left is showing all of their colors in response to this. There have been absolutely insane people who are taking this UnitedHealthcare story and tying it to the story of Daniel Penney, which has obviously been in the news everywhere.

If you haven't heard of this, you're probably not the clientele for the show, but you absolutely should know that Daniel Penney was a marine veteran who was acquitted for a choke hold that was intended to subdue a man who is threatening New Yorkers on public transportation, but then ultimately resulted in that individual's death. And leftist are now calling for the assassination of Daniel Penney, and saying that they just they had practice on UnitedHealthcare CEO. Now that's insane.

The other insane thing I'm seeing is women talking about how attractive that Luigi Mangione is. Now I can't say that I understand it. He kinda looks like a creep to me. But ladies, please don't wonder why you're single. If you're out here thinking that a murderer, potentially a wudged, is hot. That's problematic. For sure. For sure. You can buy him better than him. I guarantee it, girlie. But anything any anyway, sorry.

The other thing I've noticed about the left is again, this conspiracy theory that they do not think that Luigi Mangione is the guy that murdered Brian Thompson. They think I'm I'm again, I'm trying to steep myself in this so as to understand. From my understanding, they think that this is set up by the FBI. Let me show you because I posted on TikTok and the comments are just absolutely insane.

I'm just again, my TikTok was everything I just told you minus the new details about CNN and the writings that Luigi Mangione allegedly posted. But let me read you some of these comments from TikTok, they're unhinged. Again, these comments are absolutely unhinged. It says, in the club we all sad. Blessed his heart not all heroes wear cape. It's not his YouTube channel. Feel living with chronic pain.

I, myself, never made it to be denied as I refuse surgery regardless, but many are denied sadly every day. Somebody said, be for real. My thing is, like, these companies don't give an f about you. That's just how life is. Some people saying it's not him. Lots of people with the praying hands. Lots of people with hearts for this man. This person said he planned getting caught. Check out his profile with the McDonald's bag and his Twitter header.

The Pokemon on his header is Breloom, which is Pokemon number 286. He also posted 286 posts, and then check Bible proverb 286. Okay. I don't know if he's well, we know he's he's intelligent and intellectual. Right? Interesting. Somebody said, this is the type of thing the CIA is good at fabricating. Everyone's saying, I really don't think it looks like him. Shits a set up, ain't no way. I hope they have the wrong guy. Somebody said, 100% they're framing some random. It's not hard to fact check.

You Google has already stated that the video was fake. YouTube, I don't I didn't see a statement from YouTube saying that. Someone else says, my guess is that gotta look like that has a media presence in line with someone who might do this kind of thing, but who prints a 3 d gun and keeps it? Went on to say the YouTube video is fake, and wow. Like, wow. Wow. Like, people I'm I'm still scrolling for those in the listening audience. People are obsessed with this man.

It's it's really disturbing me. I'm not gonna lie. I I love a good conspiracy theory. I'm here for it. I literally sell conspiracy theory merch. Y'all are making this tough for me, and I actually don't even understand the conspiracy theory. The best one I got was the 286 McDonald's Bible Pokemon theory. At least that was like somewhat of a theory. Can't say I believe it, but at least it was a theory. Here, I'm not I'm not getting anything. I just hear people saying, he's a hero.

Also, I hope it's not him. Also, it's not him. Also, you're wrong. Okay? I say this genuinely. If you have insights into the conspiracies about this guy, and why, not your opinion, but why people are so up in arms about this guy not being the guy, please enlighten me in the comments. I'm all in for a good conspiracy theory, but I'm not seeing why the FBI would spill out days of resources just to arrest some random kid.

And then that random kid would have $8,000 in cash, $2,000 and 4 in cash, cellular data blocking bags to prevent tracking, and his own parents are not even calling the FBI setting him up. That they they just kind of are like, wow, this is insane, and they feel for the family. I don't know. Again, I'm all in. I I have bought into the anti government narrative, but prove it to me.

Docket & Sponsors

I don't I don't see it. Anyway, let's get to our docket for today. Here's what we're gonna talk about, more of this story. Okay? Because there's fallout within the media, there's people losing shows, people saying insane things, we gotta get to that. Next, we also have to get to this in I mean, this is like criminally underreported, the story about 2 California boys who were shot at their Christian school. We absolutely need to talk about that.

And the media is covering up the motive for that crime. Shocker, shocker. We also need to talk about the FBI's arrest of this ultra liberal city councilor, and a CNN panel that, in my opinion, bordered on child abuse. So without further ado, let's get into the 5 underreported stories that you need to know. Today's show is brought to you by Based, my merch line. And we've just unveiled our winter line with a new beanie, a hoodie, a shirt, and a tote bag.

I'm an independent creator, and one of the best ways, if not the best way to support this show is by purchasing my merch line that represents your views. Instead of just asking you guys for donations to fund my independent journalism, my business partner and I created a line of merch called Based Apparel. Based basically means the opposite of woke. It means you're based in logic, based in truth, based in facts. You get it.

Anyway, head over to basedinlogicapparel.com to check out our latest apparel. My personal favorite right now is our base 2 tone shirt, which I'm wearing right now. And remember, when you buy merch, you are directly supporting this show. And when you get your apparel, please be sure to tag me on Instagram so I can repost.

Taylor Lorenz parts with Vice

Vox Media is reportedly and it's been reported that her show will no longer be distributed by Vox after she made a ton of comments cheering the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Taylor Lorenz has disputed these claims, but I saw some of these comments actually. It wasn't even from an article or anything. I was scrolling on TikTok while I was eating lunch this afternoon.

I scroll through and she literally said on Piers Morgan show that she was filled with joy when she found out about the death of this man. That's that's fatty. It's it's a take. It's a take. Reading here from the New York Post. Oh my gosh. Wait. As I'm saying this, I'm looking at an ad that says the Matt Gaetz show coming soon to 1 America Network. That's nutty. Breaking news here as we're trying to break news about Vox Media splitting ties with Tay Tay cray cray. That's interesting.

Let me know your thoughts about that in the comments. Would you be watching the Matt Gaetz show on OAN? Let me know. But anyway, back to our story at hand because that's really just blew my mind for a second. So I wanna kinda get to the Taylor Lorenz defense and then show you some of the tweets that she actually said. So Taylor Lorenz took to social media on Monday ripping this report as, quote, 100% false, claiming that media reporters lie. Like, you've never lied in your entire career, Taylor.

And she vowed to discuss the situation on her podcast. What she had said was, quote, this is 100% false, and I'm very much still working with Vox, and my show is not up for, quote, renewal because I actually own 100% of the show and control the distribution, not Vox. Media reporters continue to lie about me. Tune into the pod this week where I will discuss. I mean, pass. I'm definitely not gonna listen, but also I think what she's getting out is a technicality. Right?

Her show can't be canceled because she has the rights to it. This show can't be canceled because no one owns the right to underreported stories in my name except for me. Right? So it can't be canceled. But if let's say, I don't even know. Turning Point because I'm in contracts with them. Let's say Turning Point decided they wanna distribute underreported stories.

Just because they stopped distributing it doesn't mean the show is canceled, but if they stopped distributing it, that's still a story. Right? And so Vox actually declined to comment about this, and the individual who initially reported this, his name is Max Tani, he says that the report is 100% accurate. Coming 2025, Vox Media will no longer be publishing Taylor Lorenz's content.

Now, I find that so interesting because I don't know how how much the comments that she made, which we can go through, are affecting this. Or if people are just sick and tired of Taylor Lorenz, because she's absolutely bat shit crazy. This is one of the first tweets that she posted, or I guess she doesn't use Twitter anymore because she's holier than now. But she is literally nutty saying, CEO down. Yes, we want insurance execs dead. She posted this.

She said to report on the online com commentary surrounding Thompson's death without examining the systemic cruelty of our health care system is to willfully strip context from these online outpourings. And then she also said, murder like what happens every year to thousands of innocent Americans killed by greedy insurance executives denying their coverage. That is pretty much everything she posted, and I guess Vox took issue with this.

I don't know why Vox took issue with this and not other things. I know there was another time where she posted, I think it's right here if you're in the viewing audience. She posted a picture of herself in her kn 95 mask with Biden in the background, and it says, war criminal sad faced. Like, something about it feels wildly out of touch. I don't know why. Just if I was around an actual war criminal and you could think Biden's a war criminal, no. I'm not gonna tell you how to do that.

If I was near an actual war criminal, a, I'd be afraid for my life. B, I don't know if I would just put, like, flat face. Boo. I would put, like, this person is a war criminal. This is not to be, like, trifled with. These words are not to be, or not meant to be just like thrown around frivolously, Taylor. But this is why I think she's crazy. And this is probably why Vox is cutting ties with her, because who wants to be around a nut job like this?

Now I will add that cray cray has the right to say whatever she wants. And personally, if I'm being really honest with you guys, I like watching her lose her mind online. And I saw somebody say that she can't lose her mind because she never had it. And I enjoy I literally enjoy the demise of her. Like it's funny to watch, it's something to talk about. You can slander her all you want.

She's entertaining to watch because she's so insane, and she's so insane, and she thinks she's just in her insanity. That is so funny. But to me this is just like, finally there's some consequences to her speech. And I'm not advocating for a consequences to speech necessarily, but I'm just saying it is inevitable. There's always going to be consequences for your speech even in the world of free speech, and this seemingly seems to be part of it.

Though, you know, Vox has had its problems with bankruptcy and letting letting people go. It's just, like, been a litany of problems for them in this age of new media. So I wonder how well that distribution was even doing for her. But, anyway, let's get to our next story because this story is criminally underreported, and I need to just start shouting it from every social media platform that I have. So a 56 year old man shot and injured 2 kindergartners at a Christian school in California.

This is obviously shocking news, and you'd think you'd hear about something this sad and insane everywhere, but there's a reason why you're not. Because according to writings left by the shooter who did allegedly, delete himself, kill himself, you know, he believed in the need for child sacrifice, those are his words, to repent for America's involvement in the, quote, ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Fox News had a real good write up of this because it kinda got to the motives that I couldn't really find in any other article, but Roman men or Roman Mendez, 6 years old, and Elias Wolford, 5 years old, they sustained gunshots in the abdomen and they need surgeries.

Underreported school shooting in California

We are praying for these kids. This is awful. Like, truly the worst of the worst. And so that's why I just don't understand why this is being so underreported or left to, like, local news. Because that's that's how mainstream media obfuscates talking about these tragic stories. They chalk it up to being local news. That's what they'll say about all the gun deaths in Chicago. Right? But it's really because it doesn't fit into their narrative.

But in terms of the shooter, he's been identified as Glenn Litton, 56 years old, most likely dying from self inflicted gunshot wounds. That's what we know so far. What he did was he used the alias Michael Sanders to set up an appointment with the school's principal to inquire about enrolling his grandson, but he actually just used that appointment as an opportunity to gain access to the school's campus and ultimately harm people. Now these are the 2 kids. Oh my gosh. They're so cute, so sweet.

Their little smiles, their little eyes, and they're forever going to be changed by this evil evil man. Evil. Truly heinous and evil. But when they uncovered who this man was, they started obviously looking for motivation as anybody would, and they found disturbing writings believed to be from the shooter, and this is what it read. Countermeasure involving child executions has now been imposed at the 7th Day Adventist School in California, United States by the International Alliance.

I, Lieutenant Glenn Litton of the Alliance, carried out countermeasure in necessitated response to America's involvement with genocide and oppression of Palestinians along with attacks towards Yemen. He's described as being a homeless person with ongoing mental health issues dating back to the age of 16.

He went on to express he believes the writings resulted from the issue saying he, quote, pulled information from various sources in all came in his minds together to create some sort of false reality. He also has a lengthy criminal, rap sheet consisting of identity theft, fraud, forgery. He was in prison in the 19 nineties, the early 2000. And in 2015, he was sentenced to 2 years in prison for aggregated aggravated identity theft in Sacramento.

But I feel like a a real news journalist there, which is like sorry. I was talking so so fast. But that is all the info you need to know about this, like I said, criminally underreported story. The media, like I said, they're obviously just trying to bury this. They're pushing it off as some sort of local news story, even though we know damn well that if there were Muslim kids shot at by a psycho white person, the story would be freaking everywhere.

But I will give the New York Times kind of the benefit. They wrote a headline about it. The only problem is that this is what the headline reads. Kindergartners are critical but stable after California school shooting. Notice how there's conveniently no mention of the motive. I guess we shouldn't expect anything less from the mainstream media than trying to obfuscate and cover up the motive of some crazy extreme people, but this is what their insanity breeds. So yeah.

Speaking of insane liberals, let's get to our next story, which is that the FBI arrested a Boston Democratic Councilwoman on federal corruption charges. She reportedly used honestly, I'm gonna give her credit because this is a freaking insane scheme and it's crazy that she got caught.

FBI's arrest of Boston councilwoman

She reportedly used a family member who was also on her staff. So somebody related to her was on her staff. And she gave kickbacks and bonuses to that staffer and then got got the money back from the family member, which is really just a long form way of saying she was defrauding a bunch of taxpayers. Her name is Tanya Fernandez Anderson. She was in her 2nd term as city councilor, and she was indicted on theft and wire fraud charges. Five counts of wire fraud charges by the way.

Allegedly what happened was that there was this state ethics committee, it kinda dates back. So there was a state ethics committee that found she violated the contract of conflict of interest law. And from that violation, she was then forced to pay a $5,000 fine. And that was allegedly very financially stressful on her. And so what she did was she basically needed to steal money to feel financially secure.

So what she did was she paid the relative $13,000 of bonuses, which is twice as large as all the bonuses to the other staff combined. So she gave an obviously way more amount of money to her family member staffer, and then the relative siphoned off $7,000 from that $13,000 bonus and gave the $7,000 to the councilwoman, and they did this trade off in the city council bathroom. Geniuses. Real geniuses we're working with here. Now each count of wire fraud, I looked this up.

Again, she's got 5 counts of these. Each one carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years. Now here's the kicker that I don't think anybody's really reporting on, because I've seen inklings of the story being reported, but very little. This woman, not only is she allegedly a criminal, not only did she violate conflict of interest laws, this woman was also an illegal immigrant. She was brought here by her parents when she was 10 years old, and they entered illegally from Cape Verde.

And now she's a councilwoman. I'm gonna assume that she was, lumped in as an American citizen under a Dreamers Act. That's just my assumption. I don't know that to be fact. But I just think it's funny, and wild. And then after this news broke, we actually got a look at what this woman acts like routinely, because people were posting this all over acts.

So I wanna show you kinda give you a little bit of an understanding into who this person is as a person outside of just these bad acts, but how this person acts in their day to day life. Let's take a watch slash listen. What the do I have to do in this council in order to get respect as a black woman? I'm not afraid of anybody here. When I make a mistake, I will be clear. I don't hate you as a white woman. I don't hate you as a white man.

I am sick and tired of this body so stupidly racially divided, so afraid, so depraved. Okay. So we understand that she's completely bought into racialism and then at the same time claiming that other people don't take her seriously because of qualities dealing with racialism while blaming her colleagues for buying into racial it's not making much sense. People with no faith because they are afraid of they're losing their investment. They're afraid of bargaining. They're afraid of leveraging.

These people have oh my god. I can't even call you cowards because desperation deserves mercy. Here's a different redistricting. Fine. We give it to a white woman. Can we all get along? Can we get together? Just unhinged. And, I mean, this goes on. I'm stopping at it, like, 53 seconds. This goes on for 2 minutes and 51 seconds of just, like, unhinged ranting about how people don't like her or talking about race. It just goes on and on and on and on.

It's this perpetuated victim mentality and that's always it. You justify your crimes, alleged crimes. You justify your weird actions by skin color slash victim mentality. It never gets you anywhere, except for jail in this case, potentially.

Consequences of political rants for small business owners

Alright. Let's get into our next story. A beauty salon owner said she's losing clients left and right after she went on a viral rant about Trump supporters. She called them every name in the book, you know, homophobic, racist, all the things. This is happening in Idaho, a very conservative state. And this woman, her name's Tiffany or Tiffany, actually, t I f f n e y. Tiffany, she has decided to blast her political opinions all over the Internet following Trump's election.

Now the first video we're gonna watch, there's a video where she's just posted right after the election saying she doesn't care if she loses a Trump supporter's business. This is wild. Let's watch. So this is me suffering the consequences of my own actions.

I just had a client send her husband into my salon and demand a refund for gift cards prepurchased because of my stance that if you support a racist, homophobic, misogynist, rapist, and you're okay with those things because you supported them, that you are in fact those things, and she was so offended. Well, of course, she's offended. You're calling her some of the most vile, awful things in the world. Like, oh, she's offended. No shit. She's offended. I would be offended too.

That's insanity. And I guess I would be offended if I didn't understand that you have to be very intellectually dishonest to think that you're advocating. And even if you think Trump did everything wrong, that by supporting him for president, you are advocating for those things. Like, that is so intellectually dishonest of who Trump supporters are, and that just goes to show you don't really understand Trump supporters.

So I don't take offense or insight from people that don't really understand who Trump supporters are. That's difficult. What I will say that I like about this woman is that she came and said, I'm dealing with the responsibility or the repercussions of my own actions. At least you understand that. You get on TikTok a lot of the times and these whiny people online are like, oh, this bad thing is happening to me because of my my actions. And I'm like, I don't feel bad for you.

But at least in this case, she owns that she did this and that it was probably not good for her business. By that that she said that she did not feel comfortable coming to my salon anymore. And he demanded and I said, I don't give refunds on gift cards. But he was just being rude. And so I didn't wanna deal with him anymore. And I didn't wanna deal with them anyway because I knew I knew that that whole family were Trump supporters because I've been doing her for 15 years.

I've been to her family functions and family events. She's given me gifts over the years. Wait. Wait. So this person has this client has been in this woman's life for a long time and she's indicated that she's a nice person, a person who you would let into your home or whose home you would go to, who gifts you things, and you took away from that that she's an awful person because she voted against or she voted for someone that you don't like?

Wouldn't that, if anything, open your eyes to the fact that potentially we might vote differently, we might see the world differently, but there are good people on my opposing side? You you would think. Right? Like, she was a very good client, and I knew that she was Republican, which I don't have a problem with you being a Republican. I have a problem with you wanting to strip human rights away from people. Well, that's where do you start? Where do you start on that, in debunking that?

You believe that human rights are being stripped away from Donald Trump because the media will portray any Republican, not just Donald Trump, as an individual that is against your values, against your ability to have human rights and human decency. If you would actually sit down and ask people, instead of getting into a screaming match, because I'm sure that's what this woman does, she just wants to get into a screaming match.

If you would actually ask a Republican or a Trump voter why they voted for him, I'm sure you would learn a lot. And then give it a couple of weeks when Trump has inaugurated. You're not gonna lose any of your rights. Okay? You're not. I mean, you're simply not. Also, you live in Idaho, so you must be somewhat okay with conservative values. Right? And now it's become evidently clear that project 2025 was the agenda.

And I will stand up for human rights and suffer those consequences because I will stand up for interracial marriage. I will stand up for same sex marriage. I will stand up for every right of every trans person in this country. I will stand up for the rights of women and the be and being able to decide their own bodily autonomy for them. My gosh. It's just it reeks of, like, misinformation is not the word. Poor education on what is happening.

It is regurgitation of facts, and it happens on both sides. I'm not saying that this is just a problem that liberals face. It is a regurgitation of alleged facts and then speaking it out on the Internet without going and fact checking them for themselves. Now, that is why I always advocate that you come to this show because I will not only see what's on the news, but then I go and double check, fact check it for you.

So you can regurgitate what you hear here, but you cannot do that with everything in the media landscape. This is evidence as why you should not do that. Right? Because this woman sounds like a moron. I mean, you could debunk literally everything she has to say. We're not getting it rid of interracial marriage. That's a lie. We're not getting rid of same sex marriage. That's a lie. Trans people are not losing any purported rights. That's a lie. A lie across the board.

Also, the definition of rights, such a game of semantics, you know. What is actually an inherent right is in the constitution. These fake rights to superfluous things that we just put the word rights next to, liberals put the word rights next to, so as to get you riled up about it. We really need a an actual definition for what human rights are. Because human rights are the the right to life, liberty, property, etcetera.

And nowhere in there was the found were the founders, like, the right for men to be in women's spaces. It's, like, not a human right, but anyway selves. I will stand up for those basic human rights.

And if I lose a client because I stand up for human rights and you are offended, which by the way, if you're offended that I said that, you might wanna do some inner work because the racism and the homophobia and the misogyny in this country is so deeply ingrained in your subconscious that you are unwilling to understand anything. It's always the white women who say this, by the way.

Like, not that it makes it any better no matter their skin color, but it's always the white women who were, like, I'm doing this work on myself. I'm internally understanding my internalized bias, and my internalized racism, and my internalized homophobia. I'm doing the work. I'm virtuous. And I think that's what's, like, so irritating about this video in general, why it went so viral, is because she's just, like, seething. It's overwhelming this idea that she's more virtuous than us.

Like, congratulations, you're losing your business. You're losing your business over what? Over your inability to keep your mouth shut? So as a follow-up to this, a few weeks later this woman posted another video titled Suffering the Consequences of My Own Actions. She then claimed in this video that she actually needs to apply for jobs at fast food restaurants because she's lost so much of her clientele, but that she at least stands by everything that she said.

And again, it's kinda what I was saying at the beginning of this video that I don't necessarily diss or, I I don't necessarily feel as bad, because, hey, at least she's owning the fact that she's suffering the consequences of her own actions. And those actions were getting on TikTok and going on unhinged political rants. And, again, you have the right to say whatever you wanna say. If you wanna go on unhinged political rants, please be my guest.

In fact, I actually think it's really funny when people think that their opinions are so important that they need to share it with everybody over the well-being of their family, because this individual, this woman is unmarried and has children. And she thought that it would be smart to diminish her business so that she could go off on a rant about Trump. No one cares about your opinion that much. Sorry. No one does.

No one cares about the opinion of a salon owner so much that you should risk the well-being of your family. That is entirely stupid. And I don't wanna cheer on the demise of a small business. That's not my goal here. I'm not rooting for her downfall. I'm rooting for the downfall of absurd unhinged political rands that don't move society forward, especially among women. And where I will be critical though is that the kids.

You know, you have children to provide for, and you couldn't shut your mouth to be quiet to benefit them. I think that makes you a really selfish human, but let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Transgender child's fears highlighted on CNN panel

Alright. Let's get on to our 5th and final story, which is about a this should be really short. I just I've been talking about this a lot, and I really wanted to bring it up on the full show. This transgender identifying child was on a CNN panel and said that they're scared of walking down the street because they believe they will get shot. Watch this. What concerns have you had about speaking out? That I'm gonna be, like, murdered.

Like, one day, I'm gonna be walking down the street, and somebody's gonna come up and, like, shoot me or something. That's a really scary thing to be worrying about at 10 years old. Yeah. That should not be a worry. So I posted about this on my Instagram and I think TikTok as well. And the feedback I got was let me rewind this here. For those in the listening audience, it's 3 children, and then behind them, 3 mothers.

All the mothers kinda have the similar look, but you will notice the absence of one thing, fathers. To me that's the most blatant form of child abuse. And what's particularly scary about this ideology that it's like an intellectual argument, I guess. But it's just a logical argument. We like to say based on logic here. Right? That's my whole email. Is that when you you logically listen to LGBT ideology, it makes sense to get violent with people. Okay?

If you believe that solely because of your identity, someone is going to physically harm you. If I was in that position, the logical step would be to preemptively protect yourself and take violent measures if need be. Take for example, this story we covered earlier this year in underreported stories. The biological male who brutally deleted his parents in Utah, because they didn't believe in gender identity. If not believing in someone's gender is a threat to their lives.

Like this child is being taught by adults, by parents, then the result of violence is logical. So when you're talking about protecting people's lives, I think we also need to talk about ideology. We should be against an ideology that irrationally concludes that violence is okay to protect delusions. Okay? Now again, I'm not trying to say that this kid is gonna come and commit crimes. That's probably never gonna happen.

But the left has always been so up in arms about how rhetoric rhetoric, specifically Donald Trump's rhetoric has con consequences. Well, you know what else has consequences? Telling kids that they're gonna get shot down because of their identity. That is gonna have massive consequences that could lead to more stories like the Covenant School Shooter. Yes. I went there. Because it's important we go there. Because this ideology is twisted. It's demented. And it's most importantly lying to people.

And I hate lying to people. Hate it hate hate it entirely. And just watch The Grinch. That's where I got that from. Anyway, before we wrap up today's show, let's let's get a happier mood. Okay? Because we need to play around of our favorite game, is it real or is it satire?

Is it real or is it satire?

This is, if you're new here, a segment where we guess whether something on the Internet is satire or just so insane it feels like satire. Is it real or is it satire? You cannot be serious. This woman is a doctor. Do you know what else is not in the constitution? Your right to vote. Your right to marry. Right to privacy. Your right to a fair trial by your peers. There is also no mention of women or any women's rights. I can't. I can't. This person calls himself a is an actual an actual doctor.

And just for the record, I went and did all this research for you. Okay? The 15th amendment enshrines our right to vote. The 19th amendment enshrines the right for women to vote. The 26th amendment enshrines the right for us to vote over the age or at age 18 and over. The Fourteenth Amendment protects our right to marriage. The 4th Amendment protects the right to privacy. I'm a keep going. Okay? The 5th Amendment discusses our legal rights.

The 6th Amendment is enshrining our right to a speedy public trial by an impartial jury. This person is a doctor and doesn't know basic understanding about what they're talking for or talking about. A doctor on TikTok claiming that the constitution doesn't mention the right to vote, marriage, right to privacy, right to a fair and speedy trial, just so that she can say that the constitution is outdated, so that she can advocate for pro choice policies.

Now nothing she said in this video was accurate, and she's since taken down the video because embarrassing. But when I saw it, I was like, no wonder there's no institutional trust in the so called experts. The experts are only experts in being intellectually dishonest. That's really all they're good at. Anyway, that's a wrap on today's show. If you're a real one, first, go over to Based and Logic Apparel dot com and order your new Based merch.

Like I said in my new app, we got the conspiracy theorist hoodie, which I'm rocking today. The Based t shirt, which is 2 toned. So cute. I love it. It's kind of like early 2000. It reminds me of my childhood. I'm obsessed with it. The beanie, I've been wearing it on all my walks in the morning because it's freezing in Nashville, and the tote which I've been taking to Trader Joe's and I probably get funny looks at.

But anyway, after you go buy some merch to support this journalism that you love to watch, will you please drop the scissors emoji as an homage to that psycho salon owner? Thank you, friends. Thanks so much for watching. If you liked what you heard, please be sure to give this video a thumbs up, and leave a comment about how beautiful, stunning, and funny I am.
